It’s packed with a ton of features that support the majority of our use cases and also allow us to customize workflows to fit our needs. Scalability isn’t easy for us right now without a lot of manual processes. The delay in the Container Edition GA release isn’t ideal. The main area for improvement is the pace of delivering product enhancements. Feature prioritization appears to be heavily influenced by the volume of customer requests, and some valuable enhancements can remain in the backlog for a long time. I like the UI interface for both the admin and client in Axway Managed File Transfer (MFT). It's easy to use because one server or application can handle many protocols like SFTP, FTP, and HTTP. The operational team finds it helpful because of this, and the client doesn’t need to install additional software, just a browser. The scheduling transfer feature and the ability to maintain and track file transfers easily stand out to me. For the admin, seeing service maintenance status is straightforward, and for the client, transferring files with just a web browser is excellent. The UI/UX is also excellent, making the operation and client interaction with the system easy. I find the license subscription summary lacking because it only counts total license use without showing which account consumes the most licenses. I also feel that the price is too expensive for middle-class to lower companies, even though it's easy to use for operations and clients. I like that we've moved to a cloud service for Axway Managed File Transfer (MFT), and it has shown better resilience and high availability. What would be great would be to have maybe one single portal that Axway could be used across, maybe the B2B, Amplify, and the MFT within managed file transfer. It would be great if secure transfer was integrated so we would be able to offer MFT to our end users who like to transfer files securely externally without the requirement of having to create workflows. There were some challenges with the initial setup. We found that we needed to get the right teams involved, particularly from our network team, our infrastructure team, and our operational team. I really appreciate the active user groups with skilled product managers available to interact with and ask questions. The platform is actively managed and maintained, which is a big plus for me. CFT are used by our major partners and we rarely have usability issues with the tool, but we miss integrated dashboards. Regarding ST (MFT), we have a poor usability experience; it's very complex to configure file exchanges, both in Brazil and internationally. We would like the tools to have embedded AI to help us with the feedback on deviation analyses.
