The Command Line interface is tedious to work on, its CGI is not user-friendly, and the UI/UX design is old and has not evolved. I am pretty impressed at how Awstats shows the bandwidth used by a certain visit as we are on a limited bandwidth server. It also records IP addresses of visitors and with this, you can opt out or block unwanted IP's with any 3rd party firewalls. You can also see bots and blocked them on your firewall.
