API integration allows us to automate support-related tasks and streamline their operations.

The service will be impersonal, from a generic playbook, and not specific to your unique issue or need
You’ll be placed in a long queue any time you raise an issue
You’ll have to talk to a different rep every time

The AWS TAMs really can help us to get to know our business issues and also can escalate our critical issues to get support quickly.

The TAMs offer good help for us on most users' error or lack of knowledge, But they do spend too much time to escalate our critical issues. IT takes long to be completed and running after TAMs to get it expedited.

Most of the cases, AWS supports engineers help us solve the users error and get to know our business.

AWS Enterprise Support is a support plan provided by AWS for big businesses and It provides 24/7 technical assistance via any medium like phone, chat, or email in my company. Its response time is faster as compared with others.

**What do you dislike about AWS Enterprise Support?**

No doubt the service provided by AWS Enterprise Support is exceptional but for that, they charge a premium price.

AWS Enterprise Support promises their user faster response time, But the actual response time is based on the type of issue and support load at that moment.

Some issues fall outside the scope of AWS Enterprise Support for that issue Organisation required additional experts.

AWS Enterprise Support helps me in trouble, whenever I need help the first thing that comes to my mind is AWS Support.
It provides solutions to any issue in detail so that I can learn from it too.

Aws Service is very Secured and Fast. It's help us To store Large data base in Encrypted mode  and Also Keep backup of Data base in parallel way. Data can be kept safe and Cost of storage also Reduced.

Cost of service should be more affordable and Lots of compliance and policies were there Some times it very difficult to access.

One thing that can be improved is the support provided to newcomers on AWS Enterprise Support, as the support provided to them is not entirely focused on them.

Aws Enterprise support guys  helped in critical  issue  in AWS . From setting up meeting till end of clousre of  the issue, AWS support folks are extermly helpful in finding the root cause and  to issue resolution

Very quick response to critical problems. We are assigned a TAM (Technical Account Manager) for our account, which allows us to resolve issues more quickly and optimize our infrastructure.  We get 24x7 help by phone and chat with an unlimited number of contacts.

It comes at a higher cost, but other than that, I dislike nothing about AWS's enterprise support.

The only downside I would say it's little heavy on the pocket.
