We can connect using APIs to automate things. It automatically adjusts the video quality based on the content. The pricing is too high and is like a pay-as-you-use kind. Performance is good, but not required for basic teaching requirements like mine. **What do you dislike about AWS Elemental MediaConvert?** The main concern is that pricing is too high, and as far as I remember, there is no one-time payment option available. You have to pay for each minute of video **What problems is AWS Elemental MediaConvert solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped me during the COVID-19 time in making video compatible with requirements of different students who use different platforms for studies and have varying internet speeds ### 2. Just need a video in and output is various formate support up to ultra HD videos we can see videos interaction with multiple devices like does our video running smoothly in 2K smartphone device and then we can further enhance it via AWS Elemental MediaConvert. **What do you dislike about AWS Elemental MediaConvert?** Processing timing is so high, and loading time can be improved. I'm not too fond that the options are very complex to understand sometimes. **What problems is AWS Elemental MediaConvert solving and how is that benefiting you?** As it is a VOD tool, I used it mainly for our client's social media marketing. We create videos and run them on the AWS Element MediaConvert suite to ensure videos are in the same format as required. ### 3. I like being able to dovetail MediaConvert with Lambda functions to automate our video conversion workflow which is distributed directly to a streaming website. **What do you dislike about AWS Elemental MediaConvert?** The only gripe I have is that the UI is a little cluttered, but there's a lot of aspects that would make it hard for it not to be. This also goes out the window once/if you start using it with the CLI. **Recommendations to others considering AWS Elemental MediaConvert:** It's a useful product that has extensive interoperability that makes it a good long-term play and gives you lots of room to grow. **What problems is AWS Elemental MediaConvert solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are responsible for engineering the website for a continuing medical education organization, that generates large volumes of didactic video content that needs to be distributed digitally to their students. This required the ability to automate the encoding of raw video files for HLS and DASH. MediaConvert makes easy work of this by utilizing Lambda functions to watch a source S3 bucket, encode and add the files to a distribution bucket, and fire a hook to make the content available on the site. ### 13. It has all been really amazing and solved plenty of media issues with our team. **What problems is AWS Elemental MediaConvert solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keep all of our images backed up, in the right format, and converted as they are uploaded. Elemental convert is our favorite conversion software this far and we will be sticking with it! Right now our website is being reworked but we will continue to use AWS in the future. ### 15.
