AWBGuru reads your Master Air Waybills and checks every field against real air-freight rules, so instead of re-keying documents and proofreading them twice, you review only the exceptions it flags. Send documents the way that suits you — forward them by email, upload PDFs in bulk, snap a photo on your phone, or connect by API. Behind the scenes it verifies waybill numbers, airport and carrier codes, commodity codes, and weights, then scores how confident it is in each document. Clean documents clear automatically; only the ones that need a second look go to your review queue. The result is a clean, EDI-ready record you can export as JSON, XML, CSV, XLSX, or FWB/16 and FWB/17 messages — ready to drop into your existing systems. Teams get shared workspaces with role-based access and a full activity trail, so you always know who did what. AWBGuru builds the FWB message and hands it back for you to send, so your carrier relationships and liability stay where they are today.
