Auvrai Reviews & Product Details

Stop paying commission to food delivery apps on customers who already know you. Auvrai is a WhatsApp-first direct ordering and restaurant analytics platform for restaurants, cafes, QSRs, bakeries, cloud kitchens and small chains in India. SELL DIRECT AT 0% COMMISSION: Your own branded online ordering webapp plus WhatsApp ordering on your own number. Customers log in with a WhatsApp OTP, order and pay online, and the money goes straight to your payment account. BRING CUSTOMERS BACK: Turn delivery app customers into repeat customers with QR codes on thank-you cards, packaging stickers, tables and social media. Enable one-tap WhatsApp reorders, broadcast offers, birthday and anniversary reminders, and see which regulars have gone quiet. KNOW YOUR NUMBERS: Get a daily WhatsApp briefing vs the same day last week. The dashboard covers delivery app payout reconciliation (expected vs received, with commission, ads and other deductions split out), new vs returning customers, reorder rate, top dishes, peak hours, sales forecasts and monthly insights with recommended actions. VERIFIED FEEDBACK: Only customers with a completed, paid order can rate. Low ratings ask what went wrong and alert staff instantly, and each issue is tracked until resolved. Every rater gets the same optional public review link, with no review gating and no incentives. ALSO INCLUDED: Delivery management, eco-friendly bagasse packaging at checkout, and POS integration. One monthly subscription. No annual lock-in. No compulsory ad spend.
