Additionally, the courses available offer comprehensive and detailed knowledge. The customer support and AutomatePro team is amazing. And lastly it is very easy to implement without requiring any prior experience.

I can't think of anything I dislike about automatepro. Everything about it meets my expectations.

Really impressed with AutomatePro — it simplifies automation, testing, and documentation within ServiceNow. Saves time and ensures consistency across projects.

I really like this tool a lot, and there’s nothing I dislike about it.

**What problems is AutomatePro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AutomatePro helps solve one of the biggest challenges in ServiceNow projects — manual testing and documentation. Before using it, a lot of time went into repetitive testing cycles, updating documents, and ensuring consistency across releases. With AutomatePro, most of that is automated. It generates test scripts, runs them, and even updates documentation automatically. This not only saves a huge amount of time but also reduces human error and improves release quality. Overall, it’s made delivery faster, audits smoother, and the entire development process more reliable.

What I like most about Automate Pro is how easy it makes automating everyday tasks. The setup is simple, the interface is clean, and once an automation is running, it works reliably without any extra effort. We leverage the custom action capability to test out the components that we build for ServiceNow's UI Builder. It's easy to build new actions to confirm that the components are performing correctly.

It would be great if there were an easier way to create the selector when navigating ServiceNow's shadow DOM.

User-friendly interface, making it incredibly easy and simple for non experts. The customer support is very responsive they take care of any of your problems. which makes it much easy to implement and maintain. Even the integration with other software is quite simple.

The advance features might require sometime to learn but a bit of digging and you are good to go.

There are two main items that I would highlight about AutomatePro: their onboarding process and their easy to use tool. We were supported across the entire training and onboarding process, and they never let a question go by without being answered. They have a team of experts that helped to make sure we were fully up and running with their tool

Nothing to call out yet at this time. We've greatly enjoyed using the tool, and each new release hase more features for us to adopt.

We value reusable components for simplifying and accelerating automated test creation. The support team was responsive and quickly resolved our issues as we built test plans and encountered problems.

Automate Pro is a easy tool to naviagate, configure and execute. With no experience in development I was able to build my own test cases and create documents. A part of that, Automate Pro is easy to implement and well documentes steps to be followed. Had no issue during the implementation due to the fantastic customer support the provide, and ready to provide support any time.

The best thing about the product is how much it speeds up the process in terms of creating and running tests. Also, they have stellar customer support service where they are always on hand to resolve issues.

There is a steep learning curve initially, but the training materials provided such as the course videos are fantastic and make the training easier.

**What problems is AutomatePro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefit is that it reduces the time required to perform manual tests which alows me to focus on more critical business activities. Also, the product gives you the ability to schedule test packs to run automatically, this gives you regular updates and flags defects/bugs when they occur.

The ability to configure the most complex test scenarios that many other automated testing systems do not feature. We can automate more using AutoTest and find the documentation of AutoDoc to remove a lot of tedious work from our QA team.

initial implementation of test suites can be more time consuming depending on how complex your processes are.

It is an user friendly automation tool for ServiceNow.  It enables the business to create their own tests easily and allows us to do our regression testing and upgrades faster.

Why I only found out about this tool a few years ago. I needed this tool day one.

**What problems is AutomatePro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automate pro has allowed business to develop their own tests and has increased our ability to safely do releases in a faster time without needing business to do as much testing as it is all automated.  Looking forward to our use of Automate Pro for our upgrade this fall and seeing how we can reduce the times to upgrade and get to two upgrades a year.  Super excited to have this in our toolbox.

AutomatePro allows businesses to take full advantage of the ServiceNow platform funtionality by taking the overwhelming task of Major release testing and efficiently organize, automate, and complete testing methodoligies for the client and allow them to focus on the code that needs to be addressed for a successful upgrade. 

If you are a client that can also leverage the DevOps functionality, it will create efficiencies, above and beyond just the major releases. Using the DevOps as part of  client operations will allow for industry standard testing protocols, auditing, training and change managment processes to ensure the best results possible.

AutomatePro is easy to use, thier team will be there to support the application implementation every step of the way. 

Whatever a client needs to ensure they are getting the value from AutomatePro, the AutomatePro Account support teams will be there for application support, training, and business case execution.

I have not run into a scenario that I dislike about AutomatePro.

ServiceNow Major upgrades, AutomatePro allows seamless evaluation of the upgrades, identifies the the development that needs to be addressed in a straight forward resolutions log, the ability to review bugs with the test script replays (recordings) which simplify and show where and when the bug occurs. 

It also streamlines UAT testing and organizes and maintains testing scripts for the end users to follow and execute.

**What do you dislike about AutomatePro?**

Automate Pro boasts exceptional functionality, it is easy to use following predictable PLC standards. However, it is human nature to sometimes overlook the true potential of Automate Pro, which lies in its ability to significantly enhance development and testing processes.  

Use of Automation leads to ease of integration when, after the first writing of Manual Test Criteria results in accelerated enhancement results in improved agility and pace for maximizing platform value and refining processes.

The drawback becomes evident when many businesses continuously engage in reactionary updates, often leading to significant overspending, up to four to five times more than necessary. This overspending is a direct consequence of neglecting critical elements such as Story acceptance criteria and Change Management Checkout Test Criteria.

These process of manual test to automated test is a logical path to ease of implementation enhanced with  meticulously crafted automated step-by-step screenshots that are done in minutes what would take hours to do manually.  The result is improved change readiness and seamlessly transition to from test readiness.

**What do you like best about AutomatePro?**

I have used AutomatePro for several ServiceNow upgrades on a very customised instance. We would be using manual UAT stories and blocking out time with every team to go through monotonous tasks as well as using a lot of dev time. Once the testing stories have been put into AutomatePro you get results very quickly every run and saving so many hours per upgrade. We also used it for test-based development ensuring quality in our releases.
The team are incredibly helpful, friendly and patient and provide lots of assistance for any problems or questions you have.

**What do you dislike about AutomatePro?**

The only downside is that it took us a while to import our UAT stories in however the time invested vs time saved is definitely worth it.

With easy to configure continuous testing, it means we can more quickly catch issues when we make a changes that breaks a process that we had forgotten would be impacted somehow; no business uses the Now Platform out-of-the-box, so inevitably we have lots of customization too and it’s easy to lose track of a customization we did many years ago.

**What do you dislike about AutomatePro?**

Like any solution, there are areas for improvment.  An aspect we thought could be improved was the ability to simply record user interactions.  That said, we just found out that is comeing and we're getting it soon which will be a great aid to productivity!

Reduction in time to configure test stories.

- Execution is so smooth its indistinguishable from magic.

- It solves the problem of addressing an entire lifecycle of request to deployment, of which testing is only one element.
- It solves the problem of never being able to test thoroughly because (traditionally) the cost of building tests was far too high.
- It solves the problem of needing multiple ad hoc resources to conduct and document testing results.

AutomatePro has been pivotal in enabling us to setup our internal ServiceNow delivery team. As a small government satellite agency, staff resourcing to mee the needs of the business demand is always a challenge. With AutomatePro  we have been able to redivert those resources to being much more productive in delivering change.

The initial introduction to the platform can be a bit overwhelming with a lot of areas to learn and understand. However with a friendly and knowledgeable team on hand to navigate you through, this is easily overcome,

AutomatePro allows you to speed up time to value for ServiceNow deployments by making testing seamless and easy.

It is easy to implement and allows Testers to focus on the important parts of their role rather than creating timely manual tests. 

The team are extremely helpful and always open to feedback.

Easy creation and execution of test scripts. Create of user manuals in breakneck speed.
Regular updates which contain useful new features and functionality.

N/A. Speed of tests being completed has continued to improve as we moved to the latest versions of the software.

Testing new releases of Oracle along with scheduling testing outside of usual working hours.

**What do you like best about AutomatePro?**

AutomatePro as a framework gives us a lot of benefits like
1.  Gathering business requirements automatically
2. Enables Test-driven development
3. Automated monitoring and alert
4. Automated Testing for Web applications
5. Easy collaboration between people from a different domain on a single platform.
6. Everything can be penned down with no code involved and test can be conducted on that basis

**What do you dislike about AutomatePro?**

The only thing here to dislike is it's not available free of cost. There's a free trial available, but it doesn't capture all the features.
In order to use it, we need to have an active ServiceNow subscription.

The newer version of AutomatePro doesn't support Safari or old browsers.

**Recommendations to others considering AutomatePro:**

If you are an active ServiceNow user and understand how ServiceNow works, You can go ahead and try this product, It will be easy to adopt, and testing can be carried out in a fast forward manner

**What problems is AutomatePro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using AutomatePro, I am increasing the productivity of our QA teams where results are faster than usual, and there's significantly less manual intervention.

We also integrated AutomatePro with our CI/CD pipeline to conduct tests on every build we run on lower environments.

**What do you like best about AutomatePro?**

AutomatePro offers a unique solution to provide automated testing at a brilliant and complex level. It has saved me so many hours of manual testing, and it is clear to see that it was developed to save time with the functionality that is has included.  It has allowed me to automatically set up tests overnight. I found it extremely helpful to be able to create test reports that clearly identify all the tests and any defects that need resolving. Any defects highlighted, AMP defines a  clear and in depth level of understanding, such as providing screenshots and error descriptions.

**What do you dislike about AutomatePro?**

In the version I am using there is no browser testing option for Safari, however i don't find this to be an issue because there are options for Chrome, FireFox, IE and Edge.

**What problems is AutomatePro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AutomatePro allows me to be more efficient with my work, by saving so much time on manual tests. I can be more productive by setting bespoke tests to run automatically overnight on various different browsers. This tests the widespread functionality on each browser and it is clear to view on a report if any tests passed or failed. It is extremely helpful that it provides screenshots step by step on each task within the testing story. This has great benefits to enable defects to be highlighted to enable a quick fix. Through AMP it has enabled extensive testing which has saved money, time and has provided a greater depth of testing for our company.

**What do you like best about AutomatePro?**

Autotestpro holds a repository of our user’s actual business scenarios, and then its test automation engine automatically validates these against a new release. It handles defect management by automatically creating defect records when a verification fails and automates the creation of documentation such as user guides to the new release.

The key thing was giving us the confidence that we had the ability to upgrade when we wanted to and to keep doing that. We weren’t necessarily needing to always be on the latest release, although clearly that’s an important goal. We wanted to enable ourselves to look at new modules as they came out, to have the ability to jump to those where they made sense for us. And clearly we wanted new releases to work seamlessly for us and not have the problems we’d seen in the past.

The results speak for themselves, in release terms, we were able to jump from Jakarta to Kingston to London during 2018 and also to implement the ServiceNow Service Portal.

**What do you dislike about AutomatePro?**

Not a dislike per se but we found that their services we so good we failed to embrace the platform as we should have but only because AMP were delivering such a good service. In hind sight we should have done more to fully understand and use the system for ourselves better.

**What problems is AutomatePro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our 2017 upgrade from the Fuji release to Helsinki (skipping the Geneva release along the way), took two months, a good deal of pain and a further month of work after go live to fix issues. Likewise, its February 2018 upgrade from Helsinki to Jakarta (the company skipped Istanbul) involved a team of 15 testers working for 3 weeks and devoting 225 employee days in total to the task. It was successful, but costly. Testing now involves 3 testers working for around two weeks - an 86% reduction in resource days, we calculate an annual £100,000 in savings, based on performing two upgrades per year.

The support for this tool is great.  We are able to run regression tests nightly in multiple environments. It is an easy tool to learn.

The expense when there are open source tools. It does not test externally (outside ServiceNow)
