AutomatePro helps solve one of the biggest challenges in ServiceNow projects — manual testing and documentation. Before using it, a lot of time went into repetitive testing cycles, updating documents, and ensuring consistency across releases. With AutomatePro, most of that is automated. It generates test scripts, runs them, and even updates documentation automatically. This not only saves a huge amount of time but also reduces human error and improves release quality.
