AutomateNexus CRM Reviews & Product Details

AutomateNexus CRM is an AI-native, all-in-one CRM that unifies your sales pipeline, communications, marketing, and client delivery in a single platform — so teams stop stitching together a dozen disconnected tools. Built around one shared contact database, it pairs a full sales CRM — unlimited contacts and pipelines, drag-and-drop deal stages, AI forecasting, and ML-based lead scoring — with the channels teams actually use to close and serve customers: two-way Gmail and Outlook sync, email marketing campaigns and sequences, built-in phone and SMS with an AI receptionist and call recording, and multi-platform social scheduling. What sets it apart is AI that does real work, not just autocomplete. Karrie, the built-in copilot, runs your CRM by chat, while specialized agents for sales, support, marketing, and operations handle follow-ups, record updates, and drafting in the background — with per-agent controls that let you keep every action supervised or let trusted agents run autonomously. Because it's bring-your-own-key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or Groq), there are no per-message AI credits or markup. For agencies and client-facing teams, AutomateNexus CRM adds unlimited white-label client portals, branded proposals and quotes with e-signature, project and task management, a website and funnel builder, and a knowledge base — everything needed to win, deliver, and retain clients under your own brand. Ideal for small businesses, agencies, and growing revenue teams that want enterprise-grade capability without enterprise pricing or a patchwork of subscriptions.
