Autoly Reviews & Product Details

Autoly is a WhatsApp automation platform that enhances customer service by automating responses, managing appointments, sending reminders, and processing payments with a 24/7 intelligent assistant. Businesses can keep their existing WhatsApp numbers while Autoly handles communication tasks. The platform offers pre-built templates for common inquiries about pricing, scheduling, and location. For questions outside these templates, AI-powered responses are provided. A dashboard displays conversation logs and metrics for monitoring interactions, and automated reminders help reduce missed appointments. Autoly integrates with payment systems like PIX for transactions and requires no coding knowledge. Setup is quick, involving a QR code scan to connect WhatsApp accounts, allowing the system to function as an assistant with options for manual intervention. The software supports Portuguese and emphasizes simplicity for immediate use.
