**What do you like best about AUTOflow for G Suite?**

Helps in eliminating data entry.
With the autoflow plugin for chrome -- through a click of a button I can capture data needed from email.
Removes my redundant efforts to copy data from email in an excel / gsheet.

**What do you dislike about AUTOflow for G Suite?**

Support SLA's are not defined /adhered to properly. 
Once i got stuck and data was not being captured. I tried to reach out to support but there was acknowledgement as such on the issue.

**What problems is AUTOflow for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Data Capture from Emails 
    - Since I also handle customer success, I get a lot of inputs from various customers on email. With AutoFlow, I can get the relevant data from these emails in a gsheet which helps me analyze my customer pain areas/challenges they are facing. 
Thus instead of spending 4 hours a day capturing data from emails, I get all the data in a sheet automatically, which helps me spend that much extra effort in devising new solutions that can mitigate customer challenges.
