Autocertifica Reviews & Product Details

Autocertifica (autocertifica.com) is a web tool for energy performance certificate assessors in Spain. Assessors capture building data on their phone during the site visit; the app pulls cadastral data (surface area, construction year, geometry), guides the photo capture and generates the certificate deliverables: PDF, XML and calculation file, with improvement measures, costs and payback periods. The assessor keeps full technical control: reviews, signs and registers. End clients never interact with the app. Free start: the first 3 certificates are free, no card required. After that, pay per certificate - no subscriptions, no lock-in. We are onboarding working assessors now and their feedback shapes the product.
