What do you like best about AutoAlert?

The Dashboard Put all the critical information for customers in one place and made it easier for employees to see things at a glance. This help with Workflow for all employees Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutoAlert?

What do you like best about AutoAlert?

I love how you can customize searches and customize notifications. Other similar hubs will notify/alert you of similar vehicles, but they may not be ones you are interested in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutoAlert?

Sometimes there may be too many alerts, significantly if you do not narrow your search. You may not always get the alerts you desire if you place too many filters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AutoAlert?

AutoAlert allows us to stay in constant contact with our customers to inform them when they could be in an upgrade position for a new vehicle at little to no additional payment increase. It can run in the background with little dealership input, until a customer wants to look into a possible upgrade purchase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutoAlert?

AutoAlert always pairs the customer to the same vehicle they are driving now, which in our market is a lot of F-150s. Trucks have been incredibly hard to come by during the pandemic but AutoAlert didn't have a solution during inventory shortages.
