I was looking for a communication API for my new product when I came across Twilio. Its super easy and fast to implement paired with a good customer support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

API's documentation are thorough and concise which is easy to read and takes much less time to implement. I can use this service just by looking at the code. I didn't know the proper reason but assumed Twilio cloud must have faced downtime. So when considering scalability for my app, I need to consult with them and use proper services.
