It automates a ton of stuff and constantly keeps an eye out for problems. Aurex really helps us make smarter decisions, faster. Besides, the team was really helpful while we were implementing it. Now that the whole platform is up and running, we rely on it for most of the time. **What do you dislike about Aurex.ai?** It's tricky getting used to it, expecially if you're not very tech-savvy, but once you start using it, it becomes a walk-in-the-park. There are a lot of features and functionalities which is useful for larger organizations like our's, but smaller firms might now need all of them. **What problems is Aurex.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** With all the constant rule changes, the policy management module of Aurex was a huge help.
