This user-friendly platform allows tenants to set and manage after-hours air conditioning schedules via the internet, offering features such as repeat schedules for busy periods or late meetings, the ability to turn off air conditioning after leaving to conserve energy and reduce costs, reviewing schedules set by other staff members, and managing users within their tenancy by adding, editing, or deleting them. For property managers, Aura offers a comprehensive suite of tools to enhance operational efficiency. These include setting up building default preferences, overriding building defaults for individual tenants , minimizing disputes through detailed logging of schedules with date, username, activation time, and duration, viewing entire building usage or usage per tenant, branding invoices with company logos and details, printing invoices, exporting usage data, modifying tenant details remotely, eliminating the need to set after-hours air conditioning on behalf of tenants, setting public holidays with automatic adjustments for daylight savings, and providing building security with their own level of login to set schedules on behalf of tenants if necessary.
