You don't need complicated FAQ'S or Intros. It is pretty easy to intergrate in your daily business exchange, because you don't need to install it, it can be run via your favourite browser. The Customer Support is well educated and situated in Germany, so the communication is pretty easy. It offers many filters, options and adjustment criteria. This helps a lot. We use it on a daily basis, because our whole data exchange with our clients, can be centralised. It is often hard to monitor a whole set of data, especially when people exchange files via email. Auditi is a holistic solution. **What do you dislike about Auditi?** It would be nice if you could implement a search function for searching files (not only topics). Unfortunately, I currently have to set this item to open first and then it becomes overdue. - Clients should be added more easily - A spell checker within the comment function would be helpful - I would like to see a caching function in the comment function, it has often happened to me that I have had to rewrite a comment. - some clients have problems with the responsibility in a point, it would be helpful to be able to work with an "@" function to be able to assign it directly to an employee. **What problems is Auditi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Confirmation action: auditi takes over the creation, administration and reconciliation of balance confirmations to debtors and creditors. It is particularly helpful for us to be able to map everything through one platform (data exchange, balance confirmations). **What do you dislike about Auditi?** The communication tool for data exchange could still be improved. Currently, it is somewhat confusing for the client when multiple comments are created for a review field. **What problems is Auditi solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a significant time saving both in bank balance confirmations, debtors and creditors, as well as in data exchange.
