The software product is easy to use and to implement in a company. You don't need complicated FAQ'S or Intros. It is pretty easy to intergrate in your daily business exchange, because you don't need to install it, it can be run via your favourite browser. The Customer Support is well educated and situated in Germany, so the communication is pretty easy. It offers many filters, options and adjustment criteria. This helps a lot. We use it on a daily basis, because our whole data exchange with our clients, can be centralised. It is often hard to monitor a whole set of data, especially when people exchange files via email. It would be nice if you could implement a search function for searching files (not only topics).

- I would like to have the function that if an item is rejected in auditi and a deadline is set at the same time, the item automatically jumps to overdue if the deadline is not met. Unfortunately, I currently have to set this item to open first and then it becomes overdue.

- I would like to see a caching function in the comment function, it has often happened to me that I have had to rewrite a comment.
