In my case on overhaulbids.com, I had to use a very customized format and I really liked how flexible Rajesh's team was. There wasn't anything they couldn't accomplish and I have been a happy customer for 7 years now after the buildout and used them for my next project turbineoptions.com **What do you dislike about Auction Software?** The software is more affordable because a lot of it is supported, at least by my request, with techs in India which are far less expensive than US based alternatives. This naturally requires that instructions be very clear and it tends to make the process more time consuming for the customer. Their service and customer dealings are outstanding from all I have experienced. I have had several with their company President and dozens of calls, video calls, emails, texts wih my main Account Rep over the last year. **What do you dislike about Auction Software?** That they are in Texas and not in my area so I can visit personally with them more often. **What problems is Auction Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have some pretty successful methods of selling all tied to Meta/Facebook.
