I have used this software for more than 7 years and would recommend it to anyone wanting to setup a platform that requires this type of functionality. The software is more affordable because a lot of it is supported, at least by my request, with techs in India which are far less expensive than US based alternatives. This naturally requires that instructions be very clear and it tends to make the process more time consuming for the customer. I like that my contacts make me feel like I am part of their company and they are part of mine. Their service and customer dealings are outstanding from all I have experienced.
