"7 Years with Auction Software"

What do you like best about Auction Software?

I have used this software for more than 7 years and would recommend it to anyone wanting to setup a platform that requires this type of functionality. In my case on overhaulbids.com, I had to use a very customized format and I really liked how flexible Rajesh's team was. There wasn't anything they couldn't accomplish and I have been a happy customer for 7 years now after the buildout and used them for my next project turbineoptions.com Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Auction Software?

The software is more affordable because a lot of it is supported, at least by my request, with techs in India which are far less expensive than US based alternatives. This naturally requires that instructions be very clear and it tends to make the process more time consuming for the customer. What do you like best about Auction Software?

I like that my contacts make me feel like I am part of their company and they are part of mine. Their service and customer dealings are outstanding from all I have experienced. We had a very specific need and Auction Software's team did a great job, we got exactly what we needed, with all the customizations in around 2-3 months. 2. The Auction Automation functions of the platform are great - The hardest part in our business is cataloging Amazon returns - That have the fastest solution yet - What took us days to complete, now takes hours.

This excellent platform allows managing projects from any area of the company in a completely digital and immediate way, enabling team members to remotely modify files and documents. They can be classified by tasks or projects, maintaining control of each one separately. It includes tools such as diagrams, charts, error tracking, and missing project tracking, so that each area can focus on its functions without affecting the company's productivity.
