**What do you like best about AtlasRTX?**

AtlasRTX can change the outlook of how business with AI can impact the Customer Experience it can give you better leads with shorter sales cycles.
AtlastRTX most specifically focuses on the most recent trends, and it's future of AI-driven business.

**What do you dislike about AtlasRTX?**

It can take some time for the team to learn. 
But it does not have any disadvantages.

Marketing & Branding efforts, Better sales cycles and leads!

**What do you like best about AtlasRTX?**

Working with the team at AtlasRTX was like working with trusted friends.  The individual attention that they provided was second to none.  When you sit down with the AtlasRTX team and explain your vision for the partnership they listen.  I always felt like I was their most important client and that was a nice change when dealing with most companies!

**What do you dislike about AtlasRTX?**

Any dislikes that I had ended up being suggestions for future enhancements which they always accomplished.

**What problems is AtlasRTX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that we are solving with AtlasRTX is bridging the gap in follow-up from our Sales Consultants to our prospects searching for a new home.  The benefit we receive is that prospects are more honest when dealing with AtlasRTX than with dealing with my Sales Consultants directly.

The AtlasRTX team has an intuitively focus on business and consumer trends that drive how we are and how we will drive conversions in the future.

**What do you dislike about AtlasRTX?**

Nothing to dislike about the product or team.

**What problems is AtlasRTX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connectivity with potential buyers. We are able to start conversations immediately and answer basic consumer questions regardless of the time or place.

**What do you like best about AtlasRTX?**

The AtlasRTX team provides a level of service that is unparalleled in the virtual assistant business. They've always provided me with effective solutions to any gaps I've found in my marketing and outreach efforts. A first-class team that always goes above and beyond to make our AtlasRTX chatbot an absolute game-changer!

**What do you dislike about AtlasRTX?**

This is new technology for my team, so it took some time to really learn how we could best leverage the platform. Once we did though, everything took off, and the sky's the limit for us now!

**What problems is AtlasRTX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a platform the communicated with our primary target audience, prospective college students, in a forum in which many of them prefer – digital and without any human involvement. Our AtlasRX chatbot gives our web users the ability to research our institution, degree programs, financial aid, etc. in a seamless and easy-to-use medium that Gen Zers have indicated is often their preferred mode of connecting and communicating with the institution.

**What do you like best about AtlasRTX?**

We had a 15,000 person event, and the AtlasRTX Digital Assistant was a lifesaver to help attendees navigate the 3 day conference.

**What do you dislike about AtlasRTX?**

There was nothing that we disliked. It was such an added benefit that there wasn't any negatives to having this technology.

**Recommendations to others considering AtlasRTX:**

WIth the NEW-WORLD we are now living in, people do NOT want to interact with a live person, so the AtlasRTX Digital Assistant is a real benefit to help communicate with your prospects and customers.

**What problems is AtlasRTX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are helping 15,000 attendees navigate a 3 day conference with a Digital Assitant. We had a very tight agenda and people needed to understand WHERE TO GO, what room a certain breakout is, restroom locations, etc.

**What do you like best about AtlasRTX?**

The product Atlas RTX provides are superior to any other in a similar field. Also, the people behind the product are top-notch.  Having both of these attributes leads to a great customer satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about AtlasRTX?**

Just need them to get larger, to handle all the ideas I have in my head.

**What problems is AtlasRTX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have solved 24-7 contact with our potential buyers. Also, they have helped us eliminate the easy-to-answer questions and have made out staff focus on other areas of importance.
