ATHIX Reviews & Product Details

ATHIX is online management software for travel agencies, tour operators and group travel organisers. It replaces spreadsheets, emails and disconnected tools with a single platform that runs in the browser, on computer, tablet or phone, with nothing to install. Each offer is entered once: it is published on the agency's website, turned into a booking, then invoiced and collected, without switching tools. - Products: flights and segments, hotels and rooms, holidays, tours, group and tailor-made trips, with prices per departure, per room and per age. - Sales: bookings, passengers and a customer database with each customer's history. - Booking website: a public website for the agency, fed by its offers; customers' quote requests arrive directly in ATHIX and become bookings. - Finance: customer invoices, deposits and payments with the balance due on each file; VAT on margin or on the full amount, with configurable tax profiles; supplier purchase orders and payments linked to each booking; treasury accounts and transfers. - Organisation: several branches and their agents in the same workspace, with an overall dashboard. ATHIX suits independent travel agencies as well as networks with several branches. The interface is available in French and English. Prices are public and set per agency, from EUR 49 per month (excl. VAT). Every customer starts with a free video demo, then the ATHIX team sets up their workspace and trains them. Data is hosted in Europe, connections are encrypted and backups run every night.
