Atherya Reviews & Product Details

ATHERYA is an industrial AI platform designed to connect predictive maintenance, production planning, scheduling, and operational decision-making through a shared understanding of the factory. By learning from machine data and production context, ATHERYA builds an operational model of how the plant actually works: equipment behaviour, effective capacity, emerging risks, and production constraints. This knowledge helps manufacturing teams identify hidden capacity, anticipate disruptions, and understand how a change in one area affects the rest of production. ATHERYA brings maintenance and planning into the same decision process. Machine condition can inform production schedules, material availability can influence order feasibility, and energy-aware scheduling can account for energy constraints alongside capacity and delivery priorities. Designed for plant managers, production planners, maintenance teams, and operations leaders, ATHERYA supports a progressive approach to automation—from recommendations reviewed by people to agentic workflows operating within defined policies and approval boundaries. ATHERYA is built around the factory’s existing data infrastructure, with on-premises deployment supporting local control of industrial data. Its goal is to take on operational coordination while keeping people in control of objectives, permissions, and critical decisions.
