The restaurant has an inviting ambiance making it the difficult spot to enjoy a meal, with friends or family. Its user Interface is a bit difficult to Use. **What do you dislike about Athenian?** The lack of customization options on Athenians platform is disappointing. It limits businesses ability to tailor the software according to their requirements, which can impede efficiency and progress. The customer support provided falls, with slow response times and unhelpful solutions. **What problems is Athenian solving and how is that benefiting you?** This lack of assistance adds to the frustration of utilizing Athenians services. Athenian unable to solve the problems of identifying bottlenecks within our delivery organization. Their powerful analytics does not assist us in pinpointing areas that cause delays and inefficiencies. ### 2. The product has room for growth the team behind it is not responsive. **What do you dislike about Athenian?** Sometimes the user interface is slow to load because of data loading by default. Integrating with Jira is a bit confusing. Affect data but the team needs to actively work on resolving this issue. **What problems is Athenian solving and how is that benefiting you?** Some metrics do not suit our needs. Athenian is a powerless tool that decreases our workflow. Its high level data and objective metrics are overwhelming for both executives and team members. ### 3. With these insights, you can create a feedback loop when launching some initiative to improve your effectiveness as an engineering team instead of just relying on gut feeling or anecdotal evidence. **What do you dislike about Athenian?** Right now you have access to a lot of raw info. Would be great to have it somehow processed to make certain decisions. Still, this is way better than no info at all. **What problems is Athenian solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows teams to work on their effectiveness. For us, we could quickly realize we were spending way too much time on reviews. With a few clicks, you can plug it into your development pipeline and get some interesting insights, the plug & play aspect is an amazing plus. With this data we can identify where we lag and try and fix that. **What do you dislike about Athenian?** - The UI takes too long to load because by default it tries to load a lot of data which we don't need. - API integration with Athenian was not a great experience. To start off, we would have to use user's API key to make API calls which in itself is a poor design **What problems is Athenian solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives us data on the time taken by devs between various taks.
