The turnaround time to complete a pen test takes a lot of time because the response is not great. I would like to ask them to improve their response time. Also, the management of the production and test environments, along with the support and guidance provided, needs improvement. The service and overall quality are good, but the turnaround time for completing penetration tests is longer than expected. Response times and communication could also be significantly improved.
