The user-friendly interface made it incredibly easy to manage the voting process during our conference. The software provided a seamless experience for the voters as it was integrated in the Conference app. I particularly appreciated the following features: Ease of Use: Assembly Voting has a simple and intuitive interface and helped us integrate the voting experience in our Conference App flow. The platform's user-friendly design ensured a smooth experience for all participants. **What do you dislike about Assembly Voting?** There is honestly nothing I disliked about Assembly Voting. It provided an exceptional experience and met all our expectations. The software's performance was flawless, and we encountered no significant issues or drawbacks. **What problems is Assembly Voting solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used Assembly Voting for voting management during our conference. By automating the entire process and providing a user-friendly platform, Assembly Voting made the voting experience smooth and hassle-free for both the organizers and the voters. But jointly we have created super customer experiences for most demanding banking sector election customers. Assembly Voting willingness to develop service and and capability to generate ideas are the most important values when one size does not fit all. **What do you dislike about Assembly Voting?** The outlook of all web browser based services is critical when users are wanted to visit the web pages. In candidate search and voting the static pages are no more the best solution, as users are used to dynamic and live content everywhere in web. Also the language of services should cover both user experience but also customers administrative users experience. **What problems is Assembly Voting solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have jointly with AV been using their voting systems Votes, AVX and Candidacy since 2015. Election sizes have varied between 250 voters to 1.4 million voters and still the systems have worked without glitches. Basic configuration work is equally easy for all sizes and support for more complex solutions is always available if need occurs. ### 3. They were incredibly supportive and helpful from explaining the product all the way to certifying the results. We had a shorter timeline than they usually expect, but they held our hands every step of the way. After 10+ electronic elections with different providers, this was by far the most seamless. **What do you dislike about Assembly Voting?** Dennis tried to warn us, but we didn't listen: purchasing the voter hotline support was unnecessary for such a small voter group. This is the only thing I can mention since you're prompting me for something to "dislike", but this was really our fault, and not AVs. **What problems is Assembly Voting solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a secure platform that was also user-friendly. We also needed a hands-on approach to voter support and election setup. Daniel was very helpful and prompt with his responses to our many, many questions. ### 4. Never rushed us, and gave us great reminders/very clear instructions on what they needed from us. **What do you dislike about Assembly Voting?** We don't have any negative feedback for Assembly voting. **What problems is Assembly Voting solving and how is that benefiting you?** A streamline election voting system, with a verified/certified election result. ### 6. Users find it very easy. **What do you dislike about Assembly Voting?** It seems like a system that has grown organically, and therefore it can be difficult to decode icons and terms. For example, it's the first time I have to click on a search icon (magnifying glass) to edit a text. It is usually a pencil. And there are many small things like this that could use a UX review. It would make it significantly easier for the election administrators to use the system if these small patterns were corrected. **What problems is Assembly Voting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Security, anonymity, distribution ### 7.
