I can set multi-step review rules for our contract technical consultants working on custom software builds. When multiple consultants log hours for the same client engagement, I can batch review and sign-off on all entries in one view. It saves me plenty of repetitive clicks. I also really value TallySpace’s project-level tagging feature, as it lets our consultants tag each time entry by client, project phase, and task type, which helps me quickly filter and group data when stakeholders ask for breakdowns mid-engagement. Additionally, TallySpace replaced our messy shared spreadsheets, standardizing time-entry formats, and letting me quickly spot incomplete logs, effectively cutting down on billing mistakes and keeping projects on track. **What do you dislike about TallySpace?** The biggest pain point is its limited custom reporting functionality. When clients request detailed phase-by-phase budget breakdowns for our software implementations, I cannot save my frequently-used filter presets and must rebuild each report manually. Even though it has lots of features, things are well-organised, so I don't waste time searching for what I need. I find it very direct and practical, which helps me generate invoices quickly. **What do you dislike about TallySpace?** As it's a large ERP system, even though it's structured, some tasks still take time to manage. For example, updating pricing details required extra manual effort and time as well. Also initial setup also took time because there are many configurations involved and understanding them also took a bit of time. The online voting was intermittent. I attempted to reach tallyspace multiple times over the course of 3 days. I never received any response from them. Was forced to change all of my advertising on the fly and create a new website because I couldn't get any type of response from them.
