## About Assembley
Assembley is software for general assemblies and member votes. Organisations use it to send invitations, register who attends, run the agenda and record each vote, in one place. Meetings run online, in person or hybrid, with voters casting ballots from their own devices. Assembley supports ordinary resolutions, secret ballots, ranked elections by Single Transferable Vote, and proxy voting where one holder casts several distinct ballots in a single session. The chair follows participation and quorum as the meeting runs. When the assembly closes, Assembley produces an evidence package: the complete vote log, the attendance register, quorum figures and a cryptographically linked event chain. Votes are write-once at the database level, so no administrator - including Assembley - can alter a submitted vote. On secret-ballot items voters can verify their own ballot was counted without revealing their choice. Built for organisations whose decisions must hold up if challenged: associations, unions, professional organisations, housing associations, companies and NGOs. Article 28 DPA, processing in the EU.

**What do you like best about Assembley?**

I love how easy and simple it is to use. The creation and voting flow is intuitive and straightforward. It offers many different settings and configuration options, which was perfect for our general assembly.

**What do you dislike about Assembley?**

Not much. I did notice, though, that they have an easy-to-access reporting system where you can report bugs, make suggestions, etc., in a matter of seconds, and you’ll get notified once it has been addressed.

**What problems is Assembley solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The complexity of our assemblies usually requires a third-party validator or host, and sometimes even an attorney, to run the meeting. Assembley eliminated this need by giving us a secure platform for a fraction of the price
