Assembley is software for general assemblies and member votes. Organisations use it to send invitations, register who attends, run the agenda and record each vote, in one place. Meetings run online, in person or hybrid, with voters casting ballots from their own devices. Assembley supports ordinary resolutions, secret ballots, ranked elections by Single Transferable Vote, and proxy voting where one holder casts several distinct ballots in a single session. The chair follows participation and quorum as the meeting runs. When the assembly closes, Assembley produces an evidence package: the complete vote log, the attendance register, quorum figures and a cryptographically linked event chain. Votes are write-once at the database level, so no administrator - including Assembley - can alter a submitted vote. On secret-ballot items voters can verify their own ballot was counted without revealing their choice.
