I like how Ascendr has transformed our client relationships. The branded portal makes us look incredibly professional, and clients love having real-time visibility into their projects. What do you like best about Ascendr?

The team at Ascendr is great to work with, they are true CS professionals and it shows in how they have built the product to solve a key issue in CS, onboarding. Time to value, getting the client to achieve their needed outcomes, but also keeping everyone accountable, is the core of what the Ascendr product is focused on. The product roadmap is also impressive, they really listen to the needs of the customers they have to build tools that solve key issues around onboarding, PM, and tracking value. What do you dislike about Ascendr?

I would say as with most software there is a learning curve to understand and embrace the core of the product. Ascendr is a magic of a solution, but with all software you need to make this part of your process, not just a system to use, but a mindset shift to get the most out of the solution, which is to get customers onboarded and successful as quick as possible for new onboarding and project management. What do you like best about Ascendr?

Ascendr stands out for its beautifully designed interface and intuitive UX, which makes both the setup and day-to-day management of onboarding projects a breeze. The customer portal is clean and responsive. The customer support is great - Richard and the team have made us feel valued and go out of their way to keep us in the loop about new advancements they are making to the platform. The platform abilities are always growing which is great for us, as we enjoy further streamlining what we're doing in onboarding. What do you like best about Ascendr?

We are using Ascendr to manage our projects and produce management data to make sure everything is delivered on time and within budget. Ascendr is proving to be a valuable tool to allow us to keep track of this data.

We have have asked for a few features and changes that would benefit us and they have been delivered quickly, which is very much appreciated as we also are a software delopment company and understand the value of features being added at the customers request. Because Ascendr is built by a team that come from a Customer Success bck ground the features have been tuned to deliver for my customers.
