I like how Ascendr has transformed our client relationships. The branded portal makes us look incredibly professional, and clients love having real-time visibility into their projects. We've seen a noticeable improvement in client satisfaction since implementation. We found Ascendr easy to navigate and the self help has been impressive. Richard and the team have been exceptional with onboarding us onto the Ascendr.

**What do you dislike about Ascendr?**

Honestly, I can't think of any negatives with Ascendr right now. It's been such a smooth experience that I'm having a hard time finding anything to critique. ThompsonMoore Ltd is thoroughly impressed with how it has streamlined our processes, and we’re looking forward to continuing this productive journey and working together more.

It's so simple and always providing me with solutions I didn't know I needed! It fixes many business problems, and my customers love me now more than ever.

It took you too long to find us. By using Ascendr, we've enhanced our customer experience and our retention has increased.

There's so much potential that we're impatient for what's next. We'd love even more automation and deeper integrations - but they're already coming.

**What do you like best about Ascendr?**

The team at Ascendr is great to work with, they are true CS professionals and it shows in how they have built the product to solve a key issue in CS, onboarding. Time to value, getting the client to achieve their needed outcomes, but also keeping everyone accountable, is the core of what the Ascendr product is focused on. The product roadmap is also impressive, they really listen to the needs of the customers they have to build tools that solve key issues around onboarding, PM, and tracking value.

**What do you dislike about Ascendr?**

I would say as with most software there is a learning curve to understand and embrace the core of the product. Ascendr is a magic of a solution, but with all software you need to make this part of your process, not just a system to use, but a mindset shift to get the most out of the solution, which is to get customers onboarded and successful as quick as possible for new onboarding and project management.

**What problems is Ascendr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client onboarding and project management is all about clear accountability, defining achievable versus desired outcomes, and making sure that everyone is toeing the line to get the most out of the time together. This is the core focus on Ascendr for me and my team.

**What do you like best about Ascendr?**

Ascendr stands out for its beautifully designed interface and intuitive UX, which makes both the setup and day-to-day management of onboarding projects a breeze. The customer portal is clean and responsive. The customer support is great - Richard and the team have made us feel valued and go out of their way to keep us in the loop about new advancements they are making to the platform. The platform abilities are always growing which is great for us, as we enjoy further streamlining what we're doing in onboarding. The ability to share back a view with our customers is the biggest win for us, as it keeps us all aligned and clear on the goals and timeframes.

**What do you dislike about Ascendr?**

Occasionally, I’ve wished for a bit more depth in certain features, but nothing that’s been a blocker—and the support team is always helpful and open to feedback.

**What problems is Ascendr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to keep our onboarding projects on track and share visibility of this back with our clients.

**What do you like best about Ascendr?**

We are using Ascendr to manage our projects and produce management data to make sure everything is delivered on time and within budget.  Ascendr is proving to be a valuable tool to allow us to keep track of this data.

We have have asked for a few features and changes that would benefit us and they have been delivered quickly, which is very much appreciated as we also are a software delopment company and understand the value of features being added at  the customers request.

There is nothing I can think of currently.

Keeping tack of projects and providing senior managment data on project statuses.

**What do you like best about Ascendr?**

Because Ascendr is built by a team that come from a Customer Success bck ground the features have been tuned to deliver for my customers. Not only can I manage project, customer can self serve updates and feedback. This gives our team so much time back when delivering for our customers.

**What do you dislike about Ascendr?**

Because there are so many useful features and workflows we have had to adapt our processes, though change management is challenging it has made us better in the long run.

It is streamlining our project management, giving customers insights to the projects and clearly defining actions for our delivery teams.

The seamless integration between project planning and client communication. We can track progress internally while keeping clients informed through their dedicated portal. No more switching between multiple tools or worrying about outdated information - everything stays synchronised automatically.

The learning curve was steeper than expected initially, but their support team was fantastic in helping us get up to speed. Once we understood the workflow, everything clicked into place beautifully.
