It has also been very beneficial in the onboarding process. **What do you dislike about PeopleStreme?** For us, the cost of this program was too much. When we sat down to discuss the pros and cons, it simply came down to the price outweighed the return we were getting from using it. **What problems is PeopleStreme solving and how is that benefiting you?** I feel that PeopleStreme is terrific at solving the issue of finding quality hires and assisting in making the onboarding process more accessible, which in return, helps our retention rates.
