Arxeon Inc. Reviews & Provider Details

Arxeon Inc. is a software development and applied AI company based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Its team builds custom websites, web platforms, customer portals, business software, and iOS and Android applications for organizations that need systems designed around their operations. Arxeon also develops and operates its own products, including Qlynic, a platform for clinics. Engineering services cover the public website and the systems behind it: account access, records, bookings, payments, email and SMS communications, integrations, and operational workflows. Projects are designed and built from the ground up, with interface design and software engineering delivered by Arxeon's own team. Technologies include C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, React, Next.js, TypeScript, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure. Applied AI services include custom language models, fine-tuning, specialized model training, private knowledge retrieval, and integration into production systems. Solutions can connect organizational documents and tools, return answers with source references, and support workflows with role-based access, audit logs, defined limits, and human approval. Models are evaluated against the client's real use cases before deployment, with hosting on Microsoft Azure in Canada or the client's chosen country. Engagements span discovery and written scope, interface design, development, data setup, testing, launch, and ongoing care. Ongoing services include hosting management, backups, uptime monitoring, security patches, and agreed product improvements. Arxeon has senior engineers and designers in Canada, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, and Germany, and delivers client work through its own team. Organizations can work with Arxeon to launch a new digital product, build a customer-facing portal, digitize a business process, or introduce AI into an existing workflow. Project scope, pricing, delivery dates, hosting, and support are agreed for each engagement.
