"Cool stock video but poor search engine"

What do you like best about Artgrid?

I think Artgrid has great available stock footage. Good value for money. The collections are great if you need more than one clip about the same subject/theme. The subscription model is quite good value. We have access to Ultra High-Quality footage in the same base subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Artgrid?

The search engine approach is very limited. Sometimes very broad which can create a bad search experience (or at least a more focused one). The website sometimes is also a bit slow. The interface for creating footage collections is modern but very glitchy and slow. Probably bug-related. Should try to correct that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Artgrid:

If you need footage for your videos, Artgrid is a good choice. It may not have the same amount/quantity of available footage in its collections when compared with other stock vendors, but the ones it has are good quality and probably enough for all your visual needs. It's also very affordable, especially if you get an annual subscription. The search engine and the personal collections system still need a bit of a technical tweak to improve the user experience. What problems is Artgrid solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Artgrid?

I like the quality of the footage that they provide. The yearly subscription is not outrageous and the license terms are pretty great. If it is anything like Artlist, they also fairly compensate their contributors Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Artgrid?

The interface has some bugs and depending on the browser or the size of your screen you might have trouble navigating through their selection of stock footage. It is also a younger stock site so the footage is still being compiled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is still in it's infancy so the library might not be as big as other stock agencies... but the quality of what they do have is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Artgrid solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Artgrid?

I enjioy using Artgrid because it has a huge selection of footage for all types of settings. The best part of it is that it is high definition and shot in a professional manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Artgrid?

In Artgrid i like the variety and quality of stock footage and videos it has to offer, also, the fact that teir pricing model offers unlimited downloads that wend compared to similar solutions gives you a lot more freedom to creat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I dislike about Artgrid is that if you need to have access to 4K-8K Clips and ProRes footage, you need upgrade your plan to Creator 4K. And paying $479 per year is a bit expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Artgrid?

Artgrid is a fantastic resource for unique and emotion filled stock video. Most stock video sites offer a large variety of content but much of it is often regurgitated similar boring content. With Artgrid the quality you get is up there with the likes of FilmSupply but you only are charged 1 monthly fee for unlimited footage. We love Artgrid! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because the content is more artsy and specific, it is sometimes harder to find exactly what you need. I find myself looking to Artgrid first because of the quality but then looking elsewhere if I can't find what I need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Artgrid?

The quality of their clips is second to none. They even offer log footage. Most of their clips are also part of a collection so it helps create a better sequence using a angles of shots from the same shoot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's not the biggest library of clips. So it's not uncommon to see a bunch of youtubers using the same footage in their editing tutorials.
