So far I can't find any significant enough negative features to complain about, as the software generally works excellently to meet my expectations. I'd love to have a bit improved video quality and it does not sync, i.e., the video pauses for a few seconds. Price can be a little low for upgraded version as there are many free softwares available in the market. I also have to look at the forums to get my queries solved. Support is practically non-existent, so if you encounter any issues you better hope you can figure them our on your own. The setup and use is also very confusing.
