## Arovy Reviews
  ### 1. Indispensable for Inherited Salesforce Orgs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** D D. | Senior Business Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

Identifying Flows/Processes/Validation Rules for the field in question. This keeps us from inadvertently breaking a process while we innovate.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

I would like to be able to avoid using Field Trip or Footprint in conjunction with this tool. It would be great if Sonar had the ability to analyze the field usage as well.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm an administrator who inherited an org, and this has cut my ramp-up time considerably. I am able to troubleshoot my initiatives within Sonar before building a solution. I've been able to quickly build trust that I'm a reliable and thorough admin by consulting Sonar first.

  ### 2. Great insights and relatively easy to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nate Z. | Customer Experience Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

The ability to select a field and see what is connected to it

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

Sometimes a little buggy or unclear, but for the most part you can get exactly what you need. Bugginess has become less and less as the company grows

**Recommendations to others considering Arovy:**

If you every look at anything your team created in SFDC and are confused on what it does, you should consider Sonar

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows for any person to know how a field is being used or what it migth affect without having to go to the person who created it and would have the most context

  ### 3. Sonar is the best way to find out what is happening in your salesforce orgs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

The interface is easy to use and you can find all things salesforce when trying to figure things out. For example you can look up a field on an object to see what is setting that field - a workflow, a process builder, or code.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

Nothing right now! I know the team is constantly making improvements too!

**Recommendations to others considering Arovy:**

This is a must-have tool to investigate where things are occurring in your org and WHO is changing things on the fly.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are tracking initiatives for projects and we are finding what/how a field or object is being changed or used and by whom

  ### 4. Powerful tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

I like to dig into specific field information to gain the appropriate context for system migration requirements. The tool cleanly compiles field-level usage in references, reports, automation, etc.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

Particularly under the context of actively working through a SF migration/consolidation between two enterprise companies, the ability to export more of the data from sonar directly would greatly improve the impact the tool has for us.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are primarily leveraging the tool to aid in a salesforce system consolidation/migration between two enterprise companies. Data profiling, creation/modification auditing, understanding embeddedness of fields with integrations, automation, and other depenencies.

  ### 5. Salesforce eco-system solved

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Warehousing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

Speed - Any admin can tell you navigating Salesforce is not ideal when you have multiple connectors to a single process. Sonar is blazing fast, which is why it's pinned on all my browser windows.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

N/a - The Sonar team does a great job of communicating upcoming features and working with us to get feedback consistently.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an admin, I am responsible for making sure multiple teams can execute their jobs in Salesforce consistently. When deploying anything new, there are dozens of places that a problem can and will occur. Sonar helps me track down the information I need to prevent or fix these issues with a fast and intuitive UI. Sonar is a Salesforce Admin's dream platform.

  ### 6. A time saver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jean-Francois T. | Director, Digital Transformation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

It makes finder where an item is used to easy. Yes, there is the where-used functionality in SF admin, but that doesn't work for the standard fields, and Sonar provided much more granular and contextual information.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

We are not leveraging Initiatives as they do not integrate with Jira or allow to interact directly with users unless they have a Sonar license.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a very old org without good documentation. Sonar helps ensure that some configuration changes won't have unforeseen impacts.

  ### 7. This tool offers amazing insight into metadata

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabe B. | Director, Business Systems Analysis, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

The ability to search the Salesforce metadata and understand the impact of the change you are about to make is very insightful. It is helpful that non-System Admins can access the tool so they can have the direct insight into the data structure they need.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

Would like to see how it can be better embedded in the Salesforce Setup. It is a separate tool that you have to remember to use.

**Recommendations to others considering Arovy:**

Worth every penny.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to better understand how the system is architected and how a change will impact the entire system which reduces risk for errors.

  ### 8. Sonar - more like SOGREAT!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

I love the visibility into my Salesforce environment. As a company that operates on weekly springs, we are constantly changing metrics and its hard to remember everything (even with documentation.) Sonar is a great place for us to understand our CRM system and be able to safely implement in the future!

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

No necessary a dislike, Sonar is a newer system so there is a lot of room for growth.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding our Salesforce environment on a deeper level. Seeing where we utilize each data point and make sure we can feel confident in each implementation during the scoping process.

  ### 9. Excellent tool for RevOps systems teams at any scale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim A. | Sales Operations Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

Ease of use and available functionality.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

Sonar can be a bit pricey. No functionality or UX dislikes

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RevOps onboarding, ensuring existing field change management isn't breaking other components, identifying root cause of issues for non-system admins.

  ### 10. Sonar is extremely helpful for all teams, but especially for the RevOps team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah E. | Manager of SFDC Architecture, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

The ability to find where fields are used. Or to navigate to a field immediately.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

I wish that it was more integrated with other platforms as well.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

N/A

  ### 11. Really great product!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan B. | Director of Revenue Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

Allows me to see how salesforce object, fields and automations connect.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

The chrome extension could be a little better

**Recommendations to others considering Arovy:**

If you have a complex salesforce org, this is a must have

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It can be hard to tell what all connects within salesforce and know what outside software interacts with salesforce. Sonar really helps with that

  ### 12. Sonar has fundamentally changed how our company runs operations.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren G. | Sr Marketing Specialist, Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

Sonar offers unprecedented access and insights into Salesforce. We are able to quickly analyze errors and changes that were previously undetectable. Sonar also allows us to manage projects while linking to objects, fields, and validation rules inside of Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

The project management tool is pretty bare bones. It isn't as effective as a Trello board, but the product team is open to feedback and quick to implement suggestions.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sonar solves so many headaches while managing our Salesforce instance. It also allows our team to collaborate on changes and errors in Salesforce.

  ### 13. ESSENTIAL tool for any SFDC Admin

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manas K. | Sr. Revenue Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

If I'm making a change in SFDC (or trying to understand a field's usage), I always start in Sonar.

It immediately shows all the places a field is referenced (validation rules, Process Builders, other fields), all consolidated in one place. This is critical info to know before making changes to your data.

I also love that it proactively surfaces potential setup issues in addition to a timeline of all changes over a specified time period.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

Honestly nothing I dislike yet, but I'm excited for Sonar to go beyond Salesforce!

**Recommendations to others considering Arovy:**

Whether for new hires or seasoned Salesforce employees, Sonar is an excellent tool to increase the "operational ramp" of your RevOps / SalesOps / Marketing Ops / Salesforce team. It is an intuitive, powerful tool for anyone looking to better understand their SFDC instance.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As the 1st RevOps person in our org after a long time, I needed to quickly understand how our CRM was set up before making any proposed changes. Several people had managed our instance since we bought it, so I anticipated a lot legacy processes / fields. Sonar helped me quickly answer the "Where is this used?" question on several occasions.

  ### 14. RevOps Specialist

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oleg G. | RevOps Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

Easy to navigate and find salesforce objects we use. Design is simple yet functional. Platform shows which processes are active and are inactive. The dashboard is very functional and shows all the updated info we need on daily basis. I would usually check in multiple times daily to see the sync status, whether all processes currently work without issues, and especially after we added a new program to the salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

It was hard to understand the purpose of the platform at the beginning. Some parts of the program don't always show all fields. It takes a while to sync and update everything from our salesforce. Chrom add feature doesn't always work. Otherwise, all looks good at this point in time!

**Recommendations to others considering Arovy:**

The platform is very easy to use and definitely helps to admin the salesforce. We saved a lot of time trying to figure out whether making changes in Salesforce will break anything or not. However, after using Sonar for more than half a year, we started seeing a value in it and it became a critical tool in our daily admin work. It might be tricky to understand its purpose, but it worth it as you will save time on not fixing anything in case the process builder change broke something in the system.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We try to find whether our change won't break anything. We keep track of active/inactive workflows, processes, etc. We track whether any validation rules have any issues or errors.

  ### 15. Adding Sonar to our Salesforce integration has made cleanup and error validation a breeze!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rene E. | Client Operations Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

My daily sonar recaps show me where to start my cleanup efforts and the built in segmentation makes everything easy to find. The customized tags show which 3rd party apps/integrations our fields are referencing. As our org has grown, the amount of validation rules has climbed significantly. The potential issues report is a life saver.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

I only wish we had started using this product earlier.

**Recommendations to others considering Arovy:**

We were less than 2 minutes into the product demo when our team gave a unanimous thumbs up! This was by far the best enhancement we have made to Salesforce. This is a tool I don't ever want to be without again.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sync reports immediately tell me which automations have been effected by field changes. When I want to change or remove a field, I can pull a full list of every validation rule, workflow and report that will be effected.

  ### 16. Sonar helps you be proactive with Salesforce changes

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nic S. | Revenue Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

I use Sonar almost every day... from identifying which process builder/flow/workflow rule is updating fields incorrectly to making sure that triggers in systems integrated with sfdc don't break other features. If you know how to use it Sonar makes finding what you're looking for quick and easy and tagging - as simple as it sounds (and is to use) adds a ton of clarity to what your environment *really* looks like at a much easier to digest level than what is available in sfdc natively.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

The interface is not always the most intuitive to navigate - can get turned around a bit if you lose track of where you are - luckily it's pretty easy to reorient yourself.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FInding issues in my own salesforce environment and preventing them from happening proactively while building

  ### 17. Perfect tool for SFDC development

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nate F. | Sr. Director, Business Systems, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

Sonar makes it very easy to track dependencies when making changes in Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

The "issues" section doesn't have a good way to distinguish important/urgent issues vs trivial issues (e.g. inactive process builder references an old field).

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speeds up ramp time when learning a new salesforce instance. Also allows for reporting on the development done in the CRM over a period of time.

  ### 18. Sonar is like having an extra Dev/Admin on our team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lise' M. | Senior Manager Worldwide Sales Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

We are a small Salesforce team in a growing company. Sonar is that "extra person" helping us be more efficient and successful. Sonar provides an easy look at fields, workflows, process builders, etc. that may be impacted when trying to create or restructure anything in Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

The Sonar login from a field needs work. I still have to login into the main page, then can access fields from the Sonar icon.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We inherited Salesforce after several previous admins and process changes, and without help or description about what the field(s) is used for. Sonar lets us look at fields, tag them to particular apps for recognition where field(s) used for other systems/processes. Sonar gives us the knowledge about the field(s)/process(s) before we make changes that could have a negative impact to our org.

  ### 19. the tough to find stuff in SFDC

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

it helps with finding possible issues and helps to understand the affect on others in our org

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

it could be much easier to set up for everyday use

**Recommendations to others considering Arovy:**

Buy it

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

how a change can affect others in our Org and troubleshooting

  ### 20. Very very helpful tool to analyze your salesforce instance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

I like that we can get a good view of our salesforce instance

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

Not an issue - but it would be nice if we could click through process builders in sonar directly

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No real problems. The biggest benefit is the search across all the different objects you have set up in your instance

  ### 21. Best New Tech for RevOps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

Once you hook it up... it simply starts pointing out problems that you may have in your tech stack. That is really cool!
Aside from that, it takes things that are usually really hard to do for SF Admins & RevOps professionals... and makes them really easy.
Its an easy to justify investment.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

Nothing really comes to mind here. It works as advertised.
Will be interested to see the new capabilities they roll out as I'm sure there is much more Sonar can do.

**Recommendations to others considering Arovy:**

You should definitely give it a look. We were hooked after our trial [not sure if they still offer that]. Its easy to install and work with and I think you'll be pretty blown away by it. I looked around and didn't see other vendors doing similar work in such an easy way.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With a small ops team, we need a quick and easy way to work in SalesForce, without breaking things. Similarly, we have several consultants that login as admins to our tech stack and we need to provide them a mechanism to do their work without breaking other things. It gives us confidence in the integrity of our tech stack, and let's us move much faster.

  ### 22. Amazing app, incredible customer service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

So friendly and helpful. Always responsive and add they add user suggestions to product roadmaps very easily.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

I wish I could add filters to searches! Or reporting on fields would be cool.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have a holistic view of our SFDC schema.

  ### 23. Very useful tool for seeing what fields are linked to

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

I like being able to find what processes and flows fields are linked to.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

I still wish there were more capabilities for discovering errors

**Recommendations to others considering Arovy:**

I recommend it to anyone with a Salesforce instance

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding flows and processes where fields are used quickly

  ### 24. A must have for Salesforce admins!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy H. | Director of Sales and Marketing Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

Sonar gives me an easy way to understand how changes that have been made in the organization or proposed process changes will impact other processes and automations. It gives admins the ability to make changes with confidence and ultimately puts more time in your day. It also allows admins to ramp quickly by being able to drill into what what processes are associated with that fields, etc.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

There are honestly no cons to Sonar I can think of. There is a lot of potential for the product to expand in terms of capabilities or take features a step further, but the core functionality is super solid.

**Recommendations to others considering Arovy:**

If you use Salesforce, this is a tool you need. You will easily make back the investment in time you get back.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First and foremost, Sonar helped me ramp up faster in a new Salesforce org being able to see what automations are connected where. Now, whenever I make changes, I can do so confidently by being able to see the downstream effects of those changes quickly. Our company has one admin for 80 users, so having a tool that helps me work this much more efficiently is invaluable. As a lean team, you get time back in your day to tackle strategic analysis rather than troubleshooting workflows.

  ### 25. Measure Twice, Cut Once.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keith J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

Sonar makes up for my gaps that are inherently human, and would otherwise only be solved otherwise by tasking myself or others with more monotonous documentation. Documentation is critical, but it’s only as good as the person or team that creates it and the attention they are able to give it. Sonar is a constant, syncing daily, keeping pace with the changes in our Salesforce. It is always at the ready, there when we need it, helping us avoid making disastrous errors as we push our stack further.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

I wish Sonar had been invented years ago. If I had Sonar when I was first learning how to build declarative automation as a Salesforce professional I would’ve been much better off.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now when we design, build and deploy new validation, processes, flows, etc to our org we no longer have to spend countless hours writing up details technical logs on how any particular automation works, what fields it affects or relies on. Sonar simply updates itself on a daily basis, across our production and sandbox orgs. It is our first and last stop every time we make a change to the infrastructure of our Salesforce.

  ### 26. Sonar has been the most valuable tool I have.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** McKinsey F. | Revenue Operations Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

The amount of time and frustration Sonar saves me every time I use it. Being new to an org and having a fairly confusing org, this tool helps me confidently make changes and understand how everything works together in the org.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

When people first use it, they tend to comment that it is a little confusing to figure out the layout.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have realized the benefit of having something with a broad overview of what is going on in my org. I also really appreciate the emails and tracking of changes. This makes my documentation easier to confirm I've captured all aspects of changes.

  ### 27. Awesome tool to save tons of time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

Their UI and how easy is to find fields relationships and where a field it is used.
It let us know now when there is a sync and a picklist value is no longer available on a formula.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

They need just a couple more small features, to make it a MUST have for all companies.

**Recommendations to others considering Arovy:**

We are supper happy with their support, and how easy it is to use

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tasks that would take us couple of hours, now take us just a couple of minutes. If you want to find where a field is used, you just search for it in Sonar, and you get all of its relationships.

It is super easy to use, and no need to have a super long training session to know how to use the tool.

  ### 28. Sonar Delivers On Its Mandate to Give Insight Into Your SFDC Org

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connor B. | Sales Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

The tool is nicely integrated with SFDC from a UI perspective - i.e. you can jump to a field from Sonar by selecting the SFDC icon next to it, or you can jump into Sonar right from a SFDC field.

It's also great for change management. I inherited our SFDC org and built only a small portion of the automations, which were created by my predecessor. Sonar has made "playing detective" a breeze.

Their support! The Sonar Team is extremely open to helping.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

Not a whole lot! The tool really hits its mandate.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When making changes its invaluable to be able to know exactly where in your CRM that element is used across fields, page layouts, processes, flows, etc.

  ### 29. Excellent tool to help maintain Salesforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neil A. | Sales Operations Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

The tags are a great feature within Sonar. We have several integrations with Salesforce and the tags allow us to know what fields are being updated by which integration. It saves a ton of manual work.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

I've yet to see a downside to Sonar. It's very helpful

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're in the middle of a sales team restructuring so we use Sonar to check any fields we're updating to make sure we've covered everywhere they are used. The fact that it can tell us which automation fields are used in is awesome.

  ### 30. One of those tools that grows more useful over time.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob W. | Marketing Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

Easy to use and straightforward. Search functionality is really good. It's a great secondary way to see how your fields are being used across your org.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

Not much - it would be nice if it integrated with RollupHelper so you could see which fields are being used there.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sonar is great for troubleshooting automation problems. I use it to see how fields are being used and populated. Sonar's easy-to-access information about field and process usage make it much faster to find problem areas.

  ### 31. Need Sonar to avoid the Salesforce Process Bombs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

The tool allows you to see what might be a detrimental change, you might think changing that API name isn't that big of a deal but once you see it is used in 15 different places you will be very sorry. Sonar gives you the ability to see it before it happens. No more texts at 10 pm asking why a process doesn't work anymore.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

Wish it had a chrome extension or something so I could use it anywhere I was.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I get to see all the automation of the platform and understand were things are being used. It gives me a quick object level and field level view and how things are getting updated.

  ### 32. Managing Data - RevOps

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

Sonar makes it a lot easier to clean up Salesforce - when I want to update, delete, or figure out where something is used, I open Sonar.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

The product is working well for us (just takes a bit to load sometimes, as expected). I'm sure there's many more features/things they can do, and I'm looking forward to it.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The easy look at tags and what processbuilders, workflows, validation rules, etc. are connected to fields has helped me change things in the database quicker. It's also nice that it flags picklist values that aren't being used anymore but are still in validation rules - surprisingly helpful feature I didn't know about at first!

  ### 33. Quickly became a staple tool for our GTM Ops teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

Gives our teams full transparency for whats happening in SFDC - lets our teams work quickly with full visibility into how changes might impact other systems.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

Tough to knock them here - its a new tool and Sonar is quickly shipping new features a few times a month. If somethings missing, they've been awesome about hearing feedback and working it into the roadmap

**Recommendations to others considering Arovy:**

Integrate it into the deployment process or change management process.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work fast, and have had more than a few instances of a seemingly insignificant change in SFDC having a significant impact on downstream systems/data. Sonar makes "measuring twice, cutting once" about as easy as it gets.

  ### 34. Too many dark corners for Salesforce to find

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben F. | Manager, Strategic Systems, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

Sonar gives me the ability to see all the skeletons in the closet, as many of you know Salesforce orgs can be counted on to be a case study in what Technical debt is. Sonar lets you see where it all lives without junking up the org without adding managed package full of bloat.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

The system admin controls could use some work, I'd like to be able to see a complete list of users, and the ability to abandon a sync in progress

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolved a considerable hole in the Salesforce stack, which is a lack of visibility into dependencies, whether that is declarative or through code.

  ### 35. RevOps, SalesOps or MarketingOps must have

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian S. | Member, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

Showcase where the fields are being used outside SFDC via tagging.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

That I can do nothing to accelerate the road map! Tagging today for fields that are used by other processes are done via bulk tagging within the Sonar Platform. I'd love to see the tagging be dynamic across all tool syncs. As of today the visualization still out performs any status quo process you may have on place.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How all tools are synced. What tools have access to what fields and where are the downstream impacts on that field. Where is it now is useful in SFDC on the custom fields but it does not work for native fields. Sonar allows you to see all systems, that are tagged, and the fields they update so you can see SFDC dependancies.

  ### 36. Must Have Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

The user interface is intuitive. But the real value is the how much time is saved doing research. Whether developing/configuring new functionality or enhancing existing functionality, Sonar provides fast, accurate answers to any admin's question: "what am I breaking by building this...?"

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

As with any new tool to the market, they are still developing functionality so the application may not support all the needs you have yet. I really wanted a built-in integration with SalesLoft, which it didn't have at the time. Luckily, they're building new functionality all the time so it probably just a matter of time.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a must have to any SFDC admin or development team.
1). New Employee Onboarding: The time it takes for a new admin and/or developer is greatly reduced and they can begin to produce quicker. Because you have one system that logs/documents the functionality and integrations of your ecosystem, new employees don't have to sift through pages of documentation or do their own research to learn how your systems function and interact with each other. The team also doesn't have to spend hours creating that documentation (which let's face it, never happens as much as it should) since Sonar does a lot of that work for you.
2). Improving dev time and reducing support time: Your configurations are less prone to errors due to this visibility which means user experience issues are reduced due to any unforeseen impacts on the system. This in turn reduces the number of support tickets submitted, freeing up the support/admin/development team to focus on the next enhancement rather than supporting and fixing previous development. It's a chain of efficiency improvements that all add up to the bottom line impact and helping to prove the ROI of this tool.
3). LOE Planning/Estimating: If you have a full development organization with robust development and testing procedures, planning/estimating workloads and projects is more accurate because admins/devs know exactly what existing functionality they're touching and QA and UAT teams know what system/integration tests need to be run and how much regression testing may be needed. If you have a small admin team (even just 1 admin), they can do more with less with Sonar and can act as architect, admin and QA all at the same time.

  ### 37. Solid UI and helpful when making changes or checking if things are still needed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex N. | Senior Manager, BizOps and Strategy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

ability to click into salesforce from sonar

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

Lack of integrations other than salesforce

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly training and for big changes to the infastructure

  ### 38. Game Changer for a Fast Moving Admin Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

Usability. Sonar is easy to implement (a rare treat in the SF Integration world to be done properly), easy to use and functioned as expected immediately after setup.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

We'd like it to be a bit more engrained in SF wherein the insight lives there rather than leaving to a separate tab.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of troubleshooting. Collaboration among the team touching different objects has improved as they can immediately pinpoint where each other has done work to discuss ramifications of paths being crossed in the system.

  ### 39. Good tattletale app

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

See changes made directly in Production and by who to identify holes in CI/CD

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

Clunk interface. Hard to navigate directly to what I want to see.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing the amount of changes made in production.

  ### 40. Best Salesforce tool ever and a must have for any admin.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Arovy?**

It helps navigate through Salesforce Objects and fields faster than in Salesforce.
Brings light on Salesforce blindspots in a more intuitive way.

**What do you dislike about Arovy?**

More integration and tag automation would help a lot.

**What problems is Arovy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to see at a glance where a field is being used.
I can see who create created or last modified a field.
Tag fields to track where they are being used.
