Arez.io Reviews & Product Details

The field service platform that won't let a non-compliant technician on site. Arez.io is an AI-powered CAFM and workforce management platform for facilities maintenance contractors, field service teams, and security operators. One platform for every job, site, shift and invoice, from first call to final invoice. Built for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire and life safety, commercial cleaning, building and grounds maintenance, security, and snow and ice management. FieldIQ runs the work: reactive jobs, preventive maintenance, quoted work, repairs, contracts, SLAs, and spend limits across every site and asset. Operate runs the workforce: schedules built around credentials, locations and availability, plus shift control and time and attendance. Technicians and officers get one mobile app for jobs, photos, forms, signatures and check-ins, online or offline. QuickBooks and Xero keep finance in sync. Compliance is built in, not bolted on. Live checks verify security licensing, right-to-work status, trade certifications and subcontractor insurance, and lock out anyone non-compliant before they can be booked. Every job closes with proof of work attached, so invoices go out the moment it's signed off, and clients approve instead of dispute. Then there's the AI. Ask FieldIQ about margins, overdue jobs or compliance gaps in plain English. AI call handling answers the phone and turns calls into logged jobs. AI document processing reads certificates and paperwork, so your team doesn't have to. Your operation, finally able to answer back. ISO 27001, 9001, 14001 and 45001 certified. Trusted by 15,000+ users across facilities maintenance, field service and security.
