Mobile orientation, and that was the ease of use that helped everyone in the team while working twixt iOS and Android. **What do you dislike about ArcLab?** I found it quite easy while creating additional text a creating basic questions but making attractive modules with images or videoswas a bit difficult. ArcLab did not give the impression that creating content was very liberating. **What problems is ArcLab solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was able to use it to provide small focused training for my consistently occupied team. The limitation in the content allows me to come up with only informative and stimulating modules to a very limited extent. ### 2. The simplicity of use with a mobile orientation was instrumental for everyone on the team, whether admidst iOS or Android. **What do you dislike about ArcLab?** ArcLab’s others steps, content creation did not seem to offer much freedom. Adding text and creating basic questions were easy but making attractive modules with images or videos became complex. **What problems is ArcLab solving and how is that benefiting you?** I found ArcLab to be very effective to deliver small, intensive training for my always busy team. The constraints in content development restrict my capacity to create highly informative and stimulating modules. ### 3. Professionals like me can understand material at their own rate, and the quizzes allows us to retain the information. **What do you dislike about ArcLab?** I have experienced difficulties continuing to track the learner performance besides just plain pass fail results. Providing us with sharper insight into memory retention and the areas that we fall short. **What problems is ArcLab solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used arcleb for changing our way of traning the teams. Microlearning using empathy technique keeps one enggaged and involved and using a user friendly platform for content creation is no hassle for anyone. ### 4. Fantastic is a breakdown of complex subjects in the short section with interesting items. With self- paced learning we do obtain information and with s quizzes we drill of understanding. **What do you dislike about ArcLab?** I can visualize elemental completion rates, but further inspection to exam student-engagement or knowledge-retention is barred. It's hard to say the training has had enough outcome analysis as we lack the granular data. **What problems is ArcLab solving and how is that benefiting you?** ArcLab has disrupted our employee onboarding practices in a very successful manner. Newbies acquire the essential information with more efficiency that the microlearning format guarantees, and they remain being involved. ### 5. It demonstrates their poor dedication to increasing the user experience and adapting to the evolving needs of their customers. **What do you dislike about ArcLab?** This disturbs my confidence that my feedback is valued or not and it needs to reassure me that they genuinely care about creating the platform. I did have a bit of trouble finding the report feature. **What problems is ArcLab solving and how is that benefiting you?** ArcLab lacks appeal and primarily relies on text based learning. The simplicity of the platform serves well for information sharing and assessments. Falls short in engaging users through interactive content and multimedia. ### 6. We were then able to make use of this list to identify learners who might not be digitally savvy and dedicate our trainers to guide them. We also love that our learners do not need to download an app to access the modules! Most importantly, their team is very responsive and are appreciative of all feedback. **What do you dislike about ArcLab?** ArcLab is constantly upgrading and updating their platform, we are looking forward to all of these improvements. **What problems is ArcLab solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have over 1,600 employees across more than 150 locations islandwide. It is difficult for us to train all staff face to face. By deploying ArcLab, we are able to scale up our L&D operations at a much lower cost and we can track individual progress. Eventually, we hope to improve our service and quality through consistent training on this platform. ### 8. Arclab team is open to suggestions and explore options to improve the user experience and needs. **What problems is ArcLab solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use the platform to enable our staff to learn /acquire knowledge anytime, anywhere. This platform enable us to track the learning progress of individual staff and provide targeted coaching to enhance the learning experience. It supported the 15 languages we needed it to support and we had no suer complaints at all because they could access it on multiple devices across different countries. **What problems is ArcLab solving and how is that benefiting you?** To get a quiz to thousands of people who are on multiple platform in 15 different languages.
