I worked specifically with Matt Lynn who accurately diagnosed what my team needed for dashboards on our multiple properties then helped us create active and meaningful metrics that our executive team could understand at a glance. He is a top notch professional and was very communicative, on time, and prompt whenever my team needed anything. **What do you dislike about Archer Consulting Team?** I would hire them again when I get the chance to. **Recommendations to others considering Archer Consulting Team:** Roughly know what you want to understand in your organization and they will help you do the rest **What problems is Archer Consulting Team solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had 8 multifamily properties with lots of activities and multiple metrics that need to be tracked weekly. We used to do it in excel spreadsheets which got overwhelming, but the Archer team helped us upgrade to Smart sheets and being able to pull in more timely sources of data. Those dashboards have created numerous insights into our property operation and lead to at least six figures of savings. ### 4. Reliably tracking and analyzing the volume of data a company our size has is one of the biggest hurdles to sustaining growth, and Archer was not only able to create that apparatus for us but to have the disparate parts of our organization connected and integrated through the system they designed. Through both ongoing communication / support and "Train the Trainer" guidance and instruction, Archer has enabled the success of our company, allowed us the adaptability to grow on our own, and maintains a continued relationship with us to ensure we have the assistance needed to overcome whatever challenges our industry throws our way. **What do you dislike about Archer Consulting Team?** The one downside is they aren't local, which limits the amount of in person time we can ask of them. While they have remote training sessions, and have repeatedly made the trip to our headquarters to train our trainers, the high quality of the in person training leaves us wishing we had more time. **What problems is Archer Consulting Team solving and how is that benefiting you?** Archer Consulting helps us organize, analyze, and develop our company's data / program management system. They have designed the structure we use to maintain our ongoing contracts, track our internal expenses, and analyze the results for future planning. ### 5.
