We sincerely appreciated that feedback and it made us feel like they take pride in the work they have done for our website. **What do you dislike about Arc4?** This is less of a critique of Arc4 and more of the platform - there are just some weird limitations of Yext that can be challenging, and I don't think we knew those going into it. I think something that could have helped in the beginning is a video or training on what to expect when setting up a Yext website, and what the limitations are compared to other common CMS platforms. This way we can set realistic expectations with our own companies, and the teams we communicate with. **Recommendations to others considering Arc4:** Get your data ready to start. Our website data was NOT in a good place and Arc4 had to unfortunately wait on us for a long time to clean up the data and get it to a better place to do so. Yext is a data driven platform, and it takes a bit to get used to, but once you are there - you'll feel like nothing else makes sense by comparison. **What problems is Arc4 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have partnered with ARC4 to build four websites as we migrate away from our previous parent company's platform into Yext, under a tight deadline. They have been great collaborators from the start, making suggestions on ways of creating a better experience for our users, working quickly and accurately on the revisions and any glitches we have come across, and have been patient and accommodating to the various timeline and project changes we have been required to navigate. They have been excellent communicators throughout the whole process, providing well documented notes of our check-in calls, to giving detailed updates on progress, and documented the revisions per sprint. ### 6.
