It was effective but was not so user friendly. This allows you to be on a job site, office site survey, etc and allows you to communicate with another person at your office that is able to se what your camera is showing and the person at the office can annotate over your camera image, etc. **What do you dislike about AR Genie?** I wish the website would give you a breakdown of the cost. You must request a Demo and or set up an account in order to get information on pricing, etc. Other than that AR Genie is an awesome technology to have on the job site! **What problems is AR Genie solving and how is that benefiting you?** AR Genie is helping our Techs that may be at one location and need assistance communicate with another Tech that may be out of state or on another job by sharing their camera screen and allowing them to annotate over the screen to help guide the tech in trouble to the correct path of job completion, etc. ### 9.
