If I have to nitpick I'd say that they propose too aggressive of timelines on projects but I've found that to be a common practice with agencies. **Recommendations to others considering Aptitude 8:** Given what you will likely spend on an engagement with Aptitude 8 or any other agency in the space you will want to look at multiple vendors but what we found was that no other agency had the resources and backing of HubSpot like Aptitude 8 did. **What problems is Aptitude 8 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Transistioning us from industry specific CRMs to HubSpot as our system of record. Among the many benefits this would provide the biggest is that it will enable our customer service teams to work out of HubSpot and expereince all the Service Hub tools. The best part for us was -- the benefit went far beyond just the list of things to be done, they helped the team realize the possibilities of what could be done and how to get there! We were able to shift teams from Salesforce to HubSpot with minimal impact to ongoing operations. After a successful migration and go-live, we worked with Aptitude 8 to improve business processes with automations, as well as building out a customer portal and knowledge base.
