## AppsOnAir Reviews
  ### 1. Simple Setup and Great Value as We Migrate to AppsOnAir's AppLink

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nhan N. | Software Designer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2026

**What do you like best about AppsOnAir?**

Our team is in the process of migrating to AppsOnAir's AppLink, and so far the experience has been very positive. The setup process is simple, and the pricing model fits our budget without compromise.

We're still early in the migration, but the foundation looks solid. The platform is well-thought-out and the value for money is clear. Looking forward to seeing how it continues to serve our needs as we fully transition. Would definitely recommend giving it a try.

**What do you dislike about AppsOnAir?**

No dislikes so far, very smooth experience.

**What problems is AppsOnAir solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AppsOnAir solves two important needs for us: internal app distribution and deep link sharing via AppLink. We use AppLink as a core feature to share video appointment deep links with our users — making it seamless for them to join appointments directly from a single link. Before, this kind of deep linking required significant custom work. AppsOnAir has simplified the process considerably, saving us development time and improving the experience for our end users.

  ### 2. Powerful Code Push, But Costly at Times

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about AppsOnAir?**

I find AppsOnAir to be a very useful product that works well for the entire team, especially for team reviews. The code push and epsilon code push functionalities are the most useful and preferable features for me. I also appreciate the JavaScript coordination with the application, which is very helpful. Furthermore, I like how we can share apps over the whole team and implement a code boost, which proves very beneficial. Initial setup was straightforward as we could get a secret key specific to our user space and add a package to our project to utilize the product.

**What do you dislike about AppsOnAir?**

It's something costly over every request. So it might be reduced over that.

**What problems is AppsOnAir solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AppsOnAir to share and review apps with my team, implement a code boost, and it supports JavaScript coordination, which is very useful.

  ### 3. Efficient Setup, Great for Deep Linking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nurzhan D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about AppsOnAir?**

I like AppsOnAir because it's easy to configure, especially in Flutter and Flutter flow. The ease of usage is really the best part for me. I find their SDK and libraries convenient and useful, and they're easy to set up. It's one of the best options I've found so far after doing some research. The initial setup was easy, making it simple to get everything up and running.

**What do you dislike about AppsOnAir?**

For iOS, there have been cases where the link is not propagating because users decline the permission to paste the code, which has been copied from the browser to the App Store and the mobile app. That part is a bit not convenient. But it is from Apple for security reasons.

**What problems is AppsOnAir solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AppsOnAir solves the deep link problem, helping users navigate to the correct App Store or Google Play and saving referral information.

  ### 4. Makes Mobile Apps Development Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vishal Z. | Lead Mobile app developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about AppsOnAir?**

What I like most about AppsOnAir is that it brings multiple mobile app tools into one platform. As a Flutter developer, it makes build distribution, app update managment, deep linking, and user feedback easy to handle from a single dashboard. The SDK integration is straight forward, the documentation is clear, and the dashboard works well for both solo and team workflows.

**What do you dislike about AppsOnAir?**

not much to dislike, maybe just some minor UI tweaks could improve the experience.

**What problems is AppsOnAir solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the hassle of managing multiple tools by combining everything in one platform. It makes app distribution, updates, deep linking, and feedback easy to handle, saving me time and streamlining my workflow as a Flutter developer.

  ### 5. Reliable CodePush alternative for React Native deployments

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harsh M. | Senior Software Engineer, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about AppsOnAir?**

AppsOnAir has been a great alternative to App Center CodePush for React Native. It provides smooth OTA updates with good deployment tracking, release management, and rollback features. The integration process is straightforward, and the dashboard gives clear visibility into app versions and update history. Their support team is also quite responsive and helpful when setting things up.

**What do you dislike about AppsOnAir?**

The documentation could be a bit more detailed, and the UX can be improved. Aside from that, the overall experience has been positive.

**What problems is AppsOnAir solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AppsOnAir has helped us continue using CodePush-like functionality for React Native after Microsoft announced the deprecation of App Center CodePush. It enables us to deploy app updates instantly without requiring users to download a new version from the Play Store or App Store. This has significantly reduced our release cycles, improved bug-fix turnaround time, and allowed us to manage multiple app versions efficiently. It’s been a reliable solution for over-the-air updates and version control.

  ### 6. Excellent all-in-one tool for mobile app lifecycle management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Varun G. | Mobile Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about AppsOnAir?**

What I like best about AppsOnAir is its seamless app distribution and testing workflow. The ability to share apps via OTA links or QR codes, get real-time feedback with screenshots, and push updates instantly without waiting for app store approval has made our development process much faster and more efficient

**What do you dislike about AppsOnAir?**

There’s not much I dislike, but it would be helpful if AppsOnAir allowed bulk deletion of releases to make management easier.

**What problems is AppsOnAir solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AppsOnAir solves the challenges of app distribution, updates. It allows us to share apps instantly via OTA links, push hotfixes with CodePush and use DeepLinks for seamless navigation. This saves time and maintenance process much more efficient for our team.

  ### 7. Best for the Marketers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Apurva D. | Search Engine Optimization Specialist, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2025

**What do you like best about AppsOnAir?**

As a marketer, what I like best about AppsOnAir is the AppLink feature. With Firebase Dynamic Links shutting down, we needed a reliable alternative, and AppLink not only filled the gap but actually gave us more flexibility.

**What do you dislike about AppsOnAir?**

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike, but if I had to point out something, it would be that the platform is so feature-rich that it can take a little time to explore everything fully.

**What problems is AppsOnAir solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AppsOnAir is solving the post-Firebase Dynamic Links gap by providing a future-proof deep linking solution through AppLink. For us as marketers, broken or unreliable links mean lost installs, failed referral programs, and wasted ad spend.
