Appranet has genuinely changed how our team handles performance reviews. Before, the whole process felt like a chorechasing people down for feedback, compiling everything manually, and still ending up with vague, unhelpful summaries. With Appranet, everything lives in one place, and the feedback actually means something. The structure it brings to the process pushes reviewers to be specific, which makes the end result useful rather than just a formality. What do you dislike about Appranet? Onboarding took longer than I expected. There’s a learning curve, and it isn’t documented particularly well, so our team ended up figuring out a lot through trial and error. Some of the customization options also feel limited; we’ve had to work around the system a few times when our review process didn’t quite match the default templates. Notifications can get pretty noisy as well, and there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to fine-tune them in a granular way without turning them off entirely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Appranet solving and how is that benefiting you? We were struggling with inconsistent performance reviews across departments. Managers were doing things their own way, and there was no real visibility into how evaluations were being handled. Appranet brought a consistent structure to the process, making it easier for HR to spot patterns and have more meaningful conversations with team leads. It has also saved us a significant amount of admin time what used to take weeks of back-and-forth emails now wraps up in just a few days. Instead of maintaining a separate page in social networking sites, organizations can have Appranet for any social activities like publishing news, requesting surveys from the employees, posting of any vacancies, upcoming projects into our organizations, even marking of attendance or maintaining working hours. Also can store training videos to the employees with restrictions from one department to another. Even marking of leaves or maintaining shifts and leave data for the HR team. The only thing this lacks is because of very big competitors in the industry. This needs more advertisements in the industry. They also need to have better customer support as compared to other competitors. The main competitor for this is JIRA which is having a very solid support from big giants. Most of others won't allow other applications to integrate as they want to dominate in every field. Security is there when we integrate other applications into this. And When it comes to daily project updates and announcements the Appranet can be a perfect choice. One of the fascinating features is Remote Working.
