They misappropriate funds and then refuse to resolve the issues. I was suppose to receive commissions from one source, Panterra, I never received those funds. AppDirect errantly paid me for an account that was not mine and when I attempted to resolve that issue, I was told, "don't worry about it." I informed them that I did not want this to comeback on me, but it did and the took back more than they paid, leaving me in a negative situation according to them. They did this multiple times and I have never received the commissions and spiffs that are due me, thanks to their lack of integrity. If you are wise, you will stay far away from them and PanTerra. **What problems is AppDirect solving and how is that benefiting you?** AppDirect refuses to resolve problems. They cannot even produce consistent documentation to support their position. ### 3. The ability to drag and drop images and content does not exist. Cheaper less expensive solutions offer more features. The platform is also a cache resource hog, and doesn't updated as frequently has it should. **What problems is AppDirect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Wanted a platform to build a app marketpace, but this one did not solve our problem, and only created more problems. ### 5. So you can receive data analytics, that's the reason why you will use this software. **What do you dislike about AppDirect?** The software is very easy to use but not usefull for every company. It could be usefull for bigger companies than the one we have used to.
