As a marketing agency, we buy a lot of SaaS and subscriptions for our customers. This often lead to subscriptions getting lost, log-ins getting lost, and lingering subscriptions we forgot to cancel when a customer churned. On top of that, our books were a mess because it was hard to distinguish our marketing costs from our Cost of Goods Sold for our customers. Appbind gives us that central dashboard to control all of our customer subscriptions in one place, and with the virtual debit cards, we can turn off subscriptions without ever logging into every platform. **What do you dislike about AppBind?** The product is young and I believe it has the potential to be an all inclusive password management system for agencies. It's not there yet, but I see the product continue to develop and believe eventually it will become a great all inclusive solution and replace tools like LastPass for agency owners. **What problems is AppBind solving and how is that benefiting you?** Appbind helps us manage all of our SaaS subscriptions for our customers. We have a singular dashboard where we can manage all of those costs in one place with virtual debit cards. ### 2. With this platform, we can avoid the burden of bearing all the costs of goods sold on our profit and loss statement. It frees our cash flow, instills trust, and saves us time, which is crucial to our value proposition. **What do you dislike about AppBind?** Despite my efforts to manage the subscription, there are times when I forget to transfer billing details or renew for clients. **What problems is AppBind solving and how is that benefiting you?** Create SaaS spend and expense reports for clients with ease. Our business has benefited greatly from this service as it allows us to expand our client base and increase our income without the added cost of purchasing the necessary tools. Additionally, we save time by not having to convince clients to sign up for subscriptions, which ultimately helps us complete the job efficiently. ### 3. In addition, it enhances the trust in our financial transactions and mitigates the issue of delayed payments. It's just made everything much more manageable for us. ### 4. Great service, super convenient **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Trevor L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2023 **What do you like best about AppBind?** I don't have to either collect client credit cards or pay for apps and then rebill to clients. **What do you dislike about AppBind?** Some of the limitations around spending conflict with how ad platforms like Meta work, resulting in ads not running while I change spending limits for a single withdrawal. **What problems is AppBind solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes it easy for us to manage payments on ad accounts without either taking client credit card information and entering it into their ad accounts (which is a big yikes for security) or paying upfront and then hoping the client doesn't stick us with the bill later. ### 5. AppBind is a project management godsend! **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Dane M. | CEO, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2021 **What do you like best about AppBind?** Having the ability to send a request to clients for a service subscription is easy, and signing them up for the service is even easier because I don't have to ask "what email should I use" or for any financial information, just sign-up using the generated email, virtual credit card and I can even generate a password for it, SIMPLE. **What do you dislike about AppBind?** It's not commonplace yet amongst agencies so when we tell a client that we are using it, they get a bit leery since it's another new name to them, and putting their financial information on something they don't know can be a bit scary. **What problems is AppBind solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting subscriptions for clients was a pain, and invoicing was an absolute NIGHTMARE!
