Also the prices are actually reasonable and affordable. The website has a fresh clean layout. It offers access to support and customer live chat as well. It's easy to navigate and access whatever service you'd like! **What do you dislike about Aplus.Net?** There's actually nothing that I can say I dislike about Aplus. It's a top quality website and so easy to navigate and find the services you need and want to use. **What problems is Aplus.Net solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aplus.net is so beneficial and solves just about any and every business need and service that you're looking for! Nothing else. **What problems is Aplus.Net solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am owner of a IT compnay where I started with other plaforms but I was not satisfied with the process of setting up thing they follow. It's fairly easy to setup. **What do you dislike about Aplus.Net?** Have to use POP mail... no server backup without some ungodly costs. **What problems is Aplus.Net solving and how is that benefiting you?** Email is not backed up. So if we lose a computer.. all the email data is gone. ### 6. There have been several owners, and a succession of user interfaces / control panels. From a reliability standpoint we have probably had two or three hours of downtime in 20 years, with an incredibly cheap cost per website. The negative customer ratings are almost all from users who value customer service and ease of use over rock solid performance. If you setup your websites correctly, they will run unattended for years with great response times and zero problems. **What do you dislike about Aplus.Net?** The control panel is still a bit too complex, and the third party https certificate issuer charges more than some other host sites (Yahoo small business services, now owned by Verizon, offers free https). The positives far outweigh the negatives so we are happy long time customers. **Recommendations to others considering Aplus.Net:** Great value for experienced website admins **What problems is Aplus.Net solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aplus.Net offers value and a solid hosting platform. ### 7. They keep telling me to try again in 60 days. After 60 days, I get told the same thing. **What problems is Aplus.Net solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our church's domain name was sold to Aplus.Net. We never receive a billing notification, so every year our web page gets shut down. I call to renew. When we took their service around 1999-2000, their offers were great. They had all products vide domains, cheap hosting, email server, lower end VPS, higher end VPS, Dedicated Servers and Cloud / hybrid servers recently. Often they had deals and great offers for existing customers earlier. They were user friendly during 2000+. Their pricing are comparable with the industry until 2012 - 2013. Had various dashboards for various products under names4ever deluxe deluxeforbusiness aplus.net codero.com and serverportal.com The customer support through email was great until some time. They were attentive to certain issues a decade ago. **What do you dislike about Aplus.Net?** For the first 10+ years there were no negatives. Compared with their previous email web client, their Webmail 7.0 Installation does not work properly. On a network connection where gmail / yahoo / etc would work well this will fail - and there is no answers from them. Secondly, their customer support is too slow in recent times and for several genuine queries they simply send standard email replies which are of no use. The executive on chat would mostly ask us to submit an email for further investigation. They had started increasing the domain pricing heavily for the existing customers recently. Several of their policy decisions would affect the customers very heavily. Though we represent such cases with very proper and genuine reasons, we would for sure would get a heavily delayed negative reply. And now we are in the process of moving away in a phased manner and we are almost through. **Recommendations to others considering Aplus.Net:** Not much (as of now). There are too many good service providers in the industry. **What problems is Aplus.Net solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not much to mention here (problems solving). Also their domain registration is fairly priced without playing the high price game of other registrars, reduced to a reasonable price only when you ask to unlock for a transfer. ### 10. They could make a platinum package as the top of the line package and make downgrade the gold package to make the cost difference more visually appealing. **Recommendations to others considering Aplus.Net:** Use the service. It’s quick and easy to set up and navigate. They do majority of the work and are excellent in what they do. Their team of experts are amazing to work with and have amazing prices to go with.
