I was able to cover multiple knowledge points quickly with the multiple-choice questions and engaging myself in simulations helped me apply what I was learning to actual life situations. **What do you dislike about Aplia?** I made and grasp the concepts that were taught. The main concern with Aplia was that it provided insufficient feedback on incorrect answers. The feedback only provides the right answer but does not explain why the answer is right. **What problems is Aplia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aplia is an effective source of multiple learning activities that can help both instructors and students. The crux of the problem lies in the fact that it does not contain sufficient specific feedback that consequently weakens its applicability. ### 2. There is still room, for improvement in terms of engaging the users. It would be better if they aligned themselves with the platform standards. **What do you dislike about Aplia?** I encountered an issue in one of my classes where the quiz our professor posted was not accessible through the app upon logging in. This incident led him to consider using TopHat. Another area that uses some improvement is the consistency of scoring methods for assignments. **What problems is Aplia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aplias interface is quite cumbersome and difficult to navigate which causes frustration among users. The platform lacks a user design feel overwhelming due to its abundance of features. The other platforms that professors have used in the past are not usually optimized for mobile use, so it is nice that Aplia has developed this app for this purpose. **What do you dislike about Aplia?** I dislike that the initial time my classmates and I tried to log in to the app during class, the quiz that our professor had posted was not available. It is making him consider using TopHat for this class instead. **What problems is Aplia solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using Aplia for my BUS 460 course. The benefits Aplia gives me is being able to easily and quickly check up on my class and grades. ### 5. This allows students to learn using more than a single set, and it alleviates academic dishonesty. **What do you dislike about Aplia?** There seem to be inconsistencies between the scoring methods for Aplia assignments. I'd prefer a single default method for grading that could easily be changed by the instructor when/if needed. **What problems is Aplia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aplia saves me from creating multiple assignments and offering extensive written feedback for low-stakes assignments. The variety of questions offered and the feedback given are helpful assets. ### 6. I love it because most of the information is based on very good textbooks. **What do you dislike about Aplia?** Everything is great with this tool, nothing really displeases me **Recommendations to others considering Aplia:** Your students will take an interest in the activities; for them, it is an additional challenge. It is a new way to increase their interest in each subject. **What problems is Aplia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Teaching is a difficult task, especially in the 21st century. The Internet brings us ups and downs in terms of distraction, as there are so many things that students can find that distract them from the main objective. Aplia is a tool that I always tell my students to visit, even to complete the activities and discussions that I usually post on Aplia in the various areas I teach. It is a very useful tool because it helps me monitor what my students do and understand the performance of each student individually and as a group. The results of visits have been incredible; I think they like this way of interacting with technology. I can post multimedia content, provide graphics, and monitor in real-time everything they do. ### 8.
