Easy to use platform with great benefits **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Dylan C. | Territory Sales Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2023 **What do you like best about Apiway?** The integrations that it allows are perfect for our work scheme, I was able to do all the initial configuration and learn to use all the functions correctly independently without asking for help from support because it is a simple but powerful platform to collect data from potential clients from the networks social networks in order to integrate them into a database that allows me to visualize directly in the spreadsheet when the client fills out the form. **What do you dislike about Apiway?** Although it does not have many integrations, it is not an obstacle for us because we do not handle so many, so everything has been perfect for us. **What problems is Apiway solving and how is that benefiting you?** It saved us money, its plans are quite cheap and although it has a free version, we decided to pay to have more benefits. ### 2. Also, it's great that there are some videos on how to set up the integration. It really helps. I use Apiway to get leads from Facebook. I set up a Facebook Leads and Google Sheets integration, and now everything instantly appears in the sheet. I couldn’t imagine it was possible and so easy. Actually, life-changing experience. In addition it’s pretty cheap compared to similar apps. **What do you dislike about Apiway?** There aren’t a lot of integrations, but I think there’ll be more of them in the future. **What problems is Apiway solving and how is that benefiting you?** I get leads from Facebook to Google Sheets without coding. ### 3. The best part is they provide tutorials for the users. APIway supports more than 50 apps to connect with the required software. It is also offered at reasonable pricing. **What do you dislike about Apiway?** Apiway may not be helpful for users who use Integration on a wide range as it doesn't have many applications in its marketplace. Also, there is no proper documentation for the issues that occurred while using it. **What problems is Apiway solving and how is that benefiting you?** Apiway helps me to integrate applications like Slack, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, Google Drive, etc with my Softwares. Due to this my work performance has increased and saves my time by avoiding manual work which connect multiple applications. ### 4. It is really easy to use, and subscription prices are also reasonable. **What do you dislike about Apiway?** I don't know the fact, but for now, I should admit that there is less number of integrations between applications or platforms available at the moment. They have provided a tutorials section under navigation, but that won't provide all the necessary information on how to use the platform. **What problems is Apiway solving and how is that benefiting you?** Away provides a connection between two entirely different infrastructured platforms with much less effort to configure, and most of the applications are related to data input from the customer. So, It can be an excellent tool for business growth, I must say. ### 6. It attracted us with its good price. If you don't need to use a lot of integrations, Apiway is perfect for you. For our work, we use the integration of Facebook Leads and Google Sheets (when a lead fills out a form on Facebook, the data automatically goes into a Google Sheet). It wasn’t difficult to set up the integration, as the interface is user-friendly and intuitive.  **What do you dislike about Apiway?** Still, compared with Zapier there aren’t many integrations and it’s evident that the platform is still young. But if you use 2-3 integrations in your work, Apiway will be an excellent choice. Of course, if you have dozens of software that you need to integrate, it's better to choose Zapier. **What problems is Apiway solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use the platform to automate data transfer from Facebook Leads to Google Sheets. Also, the team recorded training videos on how to set up the integration. It helps a lot. Apiway helps me in getting leads from Facebook. I set up a Facebook Leads and Telegram integration, and now every time someone fills out a lead form, I get a notification to Telegram. I didn't even think it was possible. Previously I used to upload this data manually. **What do you dislike about Apiway?** Apiway still doesn't have a significant number of integrations, which is a drawback. But as I see, it’s a young company, so I hope they’ll add more integrations in the future. **What problems is Apiway solving and how is that benefiting you?** I promptly get leads from Facebook to Telegram without coding ### 8. It's a worthy alternative to the well-known Zapier. I liked Zapier, but their prices are too high unless you need a lot of integration. I use Apiway every day when I transfer lead data from Facebook to Google Sheets. **What do you dislike about Apiway?** I wish the tool was more stable. Also, it'd be great to add multi-integration. We used to use Zapier, but we had to pay for it. We use Facebook Leeds and Pipedrive integration most often, as well as Pipedrive and Mailchimp. Apiway is easy to use and has a user-friendly interface. **What do you dislike about Apiway?** I don't like that there are no multistep integrations. Very often I need to set up a three-step integration, but Apiway doesn't have that option yet. I hope the guys will add this feature in the future. **What problems is Apiway solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integration!
