Every client has unique integration challenges, and API Fuse has supported us along this entire journey. Our primary use cases have been Salesforce CRM, Google, Project Tracking, Data Alerts, and decisioning platforms. The ongoing support has been tremendous as well. The API Fuse service team is there to ensure we're meeting all of our use cases. Our team can't speak profoundly enough about their partnership. **What do you dislike about API Fuse?** We always try to balance creating the integrations ourselves versus sending all of the final requirements to the API Fuse team for completion. We are doing our best to balance our limited internal resources. **What problems is API Fuse solving and how is that benefiting you?** API Fuse solves two critical business challenges: 1. Advanced integration capabilities (that work) - By automating a lot of the integration effort our team can focus on more strategic and revenue-driving work. 2. We no longer have to send our clients or partners to an external integration platform (i.e. Zapier). We keep all the work within our platform, where we are in full control and can deliver an incredible customer experience. ### 2. Everything is cloud-based and fully scalable. This tool is advanced, easy to configure, and change without any extensive coding. The UI that we embed into our platform is clean, modern, and customized to our branding. **What do you dislike about API Fuse?** There are currently no significant gaps. As we grow our platform, we will continue to request new connectors, and the API Fuse team has been very accommodating. **Recommendations to others considering API Fuse:** Request a demo and come up with your list of requirements and questions. This will speed up the process of implementing it. **What problems is API Fuse solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a Cloud Phone System that integrates with 100+ Business Apps, and we needed to leverage the platform to connect to several connections natively from our platform ### 3. We've been working with the team for a few months now, and the technical support has been strong. We even added this team to our Slack channel as they help us innovate our integration features. Overall: -Great team to work with -Easily connected to our main integration partners (for SEO) -The platform has proven to be scalable -Adding new recipes for integrations is done and launched in real-time -The tool is framed into our platform, which added a lot more magic to our system" **What do you dislike about API Fuse?** Nothing to add right now. There is always room for product improvement in every technology we use, but we feel the API Fuse listens to our needs and incorporates them into their tech roadmap. **What problems is API Fuse solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're SEO experts and we need to tranfer website data between systems (google bid data, ranking, alerts, key words, trends, content). There are several strategies and techniques you can follow to rank higher on Google but if youre not leveraging data in real-time someone will beat your process. ### 4. The API Fuse onboard process has been smooth; setting up each configuration was simple, and we got everyone up and running in a week. The API Fuse Team helps our team understand how the integrations works and how we utilize it for our clients. We are a team of knowledgeable and talented individuals who specialize in improving businesses, and this tool has been a fantastic addition. **What do you dislike about API Fuse?** Continue expanding on the prebuilt connectors. **What problems is API Fuse solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a tech/marketing agency, and we leverage this to sync our clients' CRM and experience tools. The system has decreased our manual input by over 50%, making us more efficient, accurate, and removes these tedious tasks from our account teams. Our admin team can connect apps that would have in the past been assigned to senior developers and went through a long dev cycle. ### 5. First, it has automated several processes that our team managed manually previously (creates a tracking mess). The "no-code" capabilities are the decisive aspect of the tool; within a few days, I configured new integrations and embedded them into our system. When we first connected with the team, they did not have three primary systems we needed, and someone within two weeks, all three were available; I think they might have integration elves working for them. **What do you dislike about API Fuse?** None right now. We feel very fortunate that the team found us on Linkedin. We never even knew such a platform existed, we would have to something like this much earlier. **What problems is API Fuse solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving the challenge of integrating 5 various platforms that require real-time API integration. When we need NEW logic added, the API Fuse team can accommodate all of our requests. This is a unique concept that we've embedded into our system and now creates endless integration capabilities (and logic for our business). The reporting has proven to provide a good POV on what integrations are being used the most and at what rate, that we did not track before. I also think the costs and usage limits are affordable and flexible." **What do you dislike about API Fuse?** I would like to see the expansion of the internal reporting for some additional advanced decisioning from report to insight to action. **What problems is API Fuse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our media team connects global brands with sports leagues. We use API Fuse to connect to advertising systems and deploy campaigns. This used to be done using disparate systems that were custom coded. We now have a single interface to run these operations. Every client we work with has 15+ disparate systems they struggle to connect. To maintain their web experience and reputation, we needed a platform to unify all this data. API Fuse team was fabulous in helping us launch, embed, and verify the integrations. Highly recommend. **What do you dislike about API Fuse?** New platforms and systems are popping up every quarter; we now have a monthly cadence to discuss what custom systems will be critical for us to use so that API Fuse can launch them for us. Team has been very willing to work on our specific requests. **What problems is API Fuse solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use API Fuse to connect various systems that need to share data across different CRM, database, and analytics platforms. We needed to do this natively instead of sending them to a third party that we could not control. The configuration capabilities are extremely powerful, and as a non-technical user, I was able to configure nearly all of them in 3 days. We used to send many customers to Zapier (and losing that revenue) until we switched to API Fuse, and now we can monetize the integrations. But most importantly, our customers never have to leave OUR experience. **What do you dislike about API Fuse?** Our primary ongoing ask has been built-in reporting. We are happy to say this was released in the last build and allows us to find more insights into the connections/behavior. **What problems is API Fuse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integrate to various CRM systems. The benefits have been huge; this is saving us a lot of time and money. Whenever we need a new connection, the team can turn it around in a week. ### 10. Over time I imagine we’ll love this even more because of the more robust integration offerings. That being said, the development was quick and painless. **What problems is API Fuse solving and how is that benefiting you?** We’re increasing LTV and customer experience by adding functionality to our own software. The best part of it is that we don’t need to utilize our development resources and we can implement right away. ### 11. This system saved us a lot of time, money, and stress! **What do you dislike about API Fuse?** No dislikes so far, the team has been very supportive. **What problems is API Fuse solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to automate a ton of our team processes and take the burden of new system connections off our team. We were paying consultants/developers a lot of money to manage these integrations, and it was just a pain. All of our initial connections are setup and running successfully.
