AOMEI Backupper Mac Reviews & Product Details

AOMEI Backupper Mac is a file synchronization and data protection application designed for macOS 10.15 and later. It allows users to create copies of files and folders in different locations, helping keep important data organized and accessible. Unlike traditional image-based backup tools, AOMEI Backupper Mac focuses on direct file synchronization. Files remain accessible at the destination without requiring users to open or extract a backup image. Key Features Basic Sync – Copy files and folders from a source location to another destination without creating an image file. Mirror Sync – Keep the destination folder consistent with the source so that both locations contain matching files. Two-Way Sync – Synchronize changes made in either the source or destination folder, keeping data updated in both locations. Scheduled Sync – Run synchronization tasks automatically at selected intervals, including daily, weekly, or monthly schedules. AES-256 Encryption – Protect data during synchronization with AES-256 encryption. Flexible File Synchronization – Sync files and folders between supported storage locations and Mac computers for easier data management. How It Works Users select the folders they want to synchronize, choose a destination, and select an appropriate synchronization method. AOMEI Backupper Mac then copies or updates the files according to the selected mode. For recurring tasks, users can configure a schedule so that changes are synchronized automatically without starting each task manually. System Requirements and Limitations AOMEI Backupper Mac requires macOS 10.15 or later. It is designed primarily for file and folder synchronization rather than full system imaging, disk cloning, or complete macOS system recovery. The software is available as a free synchronization solution. Supported functions include Basic Sync, Mirror Sync, Two-Way Sync, and scheduled synchronization.
