"Major Time Saver for Summarizing and Analyzing Large Document Sets"

What do you like best about Anytime AI?

It is a big time saver, allowing us to work much more efficiently. It provides the tools to quickly summarize and analyze large volumes of documents and to serve as a second set of "eyes", helping us to produce better quality work for our clients. We use it to review and summarize depositions, create medical chronologies, and create bullet-point lists from large document sets. It is saving each person in our firm 2-5 hours per week. What do you dislike about Anytime AI?

Anytime AI is like having multiple paralegals on our team. As a law firm, our work requires reviewing and analyzing voluminous documents, including medical records, depositions, expert reports, scientific literature, discovery materials and more. What do you like best about Anytime AI?

Watching attorneys go from 'I don't have time for AI' to 'wait, it found that in 30 seconds?' never gets old. The thing I hear most from clients is how much time they get back on Medical Chronology and Discovery Response, hours they used to spend buried in documents. As their CSM I basically get a front row seat to people falling back in love with their jobs. Occupational hazard: I now judge my own productivity against a robot. What do you dislike about Anytime AI?

Honestly, it's hard to come up with something here. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the platform moves fast, new features roll out often, and sometimes I'm learning alongside my clients instead of a step ahead of them. What problems is Anytime AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

The core problem is that plaintiff-side attorneys drown in documents, medical records, discovery, timecards, you name it, and every hour spent digging is an hour not spent building the case. Anytime AI gets that time back and, just as important, the analysis is actually thorough, so cases don't fall through the cracks because something got skimmed at 11pm. What do you like best about Anytime AI?

I like how deeply and accurately Anytime AI understands what I need to do in cases within specific practice areas. The legal knowledge and even the medical knowledge it has is really helpful, almost feeling like I'm getting preliminary analysis from a subject area expert at times. The shift to Talk to Teddy in Anytime AI 2.0 has made it much easier to use the platform regularly, and I love that I can ask questions in the chat interface the way that I would talk to a coworker. The platform changes pretty frequently; often, this is good, since I think it has been improving drastically over time. However, it can require some time for me to adjust when I get used to something on the platform and then something changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
