No download required, users just need to upload a PDF online, then AnyFlip automatically converts it into a flipbook. No design skills required, users are allowed to use the templates, themes, and dynamic scenes provided by AnyFlip. AnyFlip also comes with an online editor that allows users to enrich their flipbooks using some customization options, including links, images, videos, audio, text, sliders, hot spots, and so on. I appreciate how quick it is to create a book, and they always look professional. The initial setup was also very easy. **What do you dislike about Anyflip?** For me, the ability to add video and links could be improved. Maybe a video on how to use it, or if you have a video make it easier to find. **What problems is Anyflip solving and how is that benefiting you?** Anyflip solves the issue of large PDFs being too big to email by creating digital Flipbooks. Our account actually auto renewed over Christmas and I needed to pause our plan. I emailed in January and within a day they had refunded the payment that had been taken and paused the plan without any questions. Great service. **What do you dislike about Anyflip?** I have had no issues what so ever. They offer competitive pricing and a good selection of plan options. We enjoy the desktop software version as it allows for more options. We enjoy being able to add animated effects and embedding videos and custom tooltips to provide our customers with additional information without cluttering up the pages. **What do you dislike about Anyflip?** Because they are located outside of US, support can be somewhat limited. Replies have been received about 24 hours after contact, but it would be nice if they offered a more in depth onlin support forum or an online chat feature. Some of their tututorials for customizing options are a little confusing and not very thorough. For example, when trying to setup the custom doamin feature, the instructions are not clear and I am working back and forth with their support to figure out how to utilize that feature. Otherwise, they do get back do you fairly quickly, but you may have to go back and forth a few days to get your questions answered or issue resolved. **Recommendations to others considering Anyflip:** Compare pricing to other flipbook programs. While many of the features are the same, they offered more at the base level than their competition. Also, play around with their desktop version for additional features if you have a higher product plan. **What problems is Anyflip solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to create an immersive lookbook along with digital proposal copies. Being able to develop enhanced proposals has diminished our need to print and mail physical copies. We have also been able to add videos, external links, pop-up tips and more that really make our product catalogs and proposals stand out from our competition. ### 8. Easy to use and simple interface. I can upload a pre-made pdf file so that I don't have to create multiple slides for every product with price. I can directly send links to customers and clients. **What do you dislike about Anyflip?** I expect more features on the free version **Recommendations to others considering Anyflip:** If you are a business owner or professional, then you should try this software. Customers are always impressed when you send them an online catalog. Specifically, if you are a restaurant owner.
