Answering Agent is an AI front desk built for car washes. It answers every phone call, text message, website chat, and email 24/7, using information configured for each operator’s locations, hours, pricing, wash packages, memberships, and promotions. Unlike a traditional answering service or generic AI receptionist, Answering Agent is designed to complete approved requests instead of simply taking a message. It can answer common questions, capture and qualify leads, book appointments, pitch unlimited membership plans when relevant, text signup links during calls, offer approved save options when members try to cancel, and turn anything it cannot finish into a structured task for the operator’s team. Live integrations with Sonny’s, NXT Wash, AMP, and WashAssist allow the AI to look up membership and account information during a conversation. An OptSpot integration can also provide caller information from its CRM. For other systems, the AI can still answer questions, sell memberships, and create follow-up tasks without live account lookup. Answering Agent has handled more than 250,000 real customer conversations across 300+ locations. Customers include Jacksons Car Wash, Buckeye Superwash, Lonestar Carwash, Waves Car Wash, Woodie’s Wash Shack, Blu Wave, Scrubbles, and other high-call-volume service businesses. On phone calls where the AI pitches an upsell, 37.6% of callers say yes on the call. This is an in-call acceptance, not a POS-confirmed sale. The platform gives multi-location operators one consistent front-office system across channels and locations while allowing on-site teams to stay focused on customers at the wash. Setup is white-glove, pricing is scoped by location and channel, and service is month-to-month.
